I Booked a hoilday through them, on their site once I paid it stated "error". I spoke with one advisor who stated they took my money however ticket hasn't been booked, they stated they will refund me 3-5 days.
I called my bank they said "the defo took your money"
I called the company back again spoke with someone different who confirmed "we took your money please allow upto 3 5 days for refund"
I said to the lady "cant you book the tickets. For me you've took my money and left me without tickets she said NO".
I went online booked with a different company.
30minites later - they sent me my tickets.
I called back saying YOU confirmed my didnt wasnt Booked, I booked with someone else? Give me my refund?
They said we will refund you however we will take 90quid?
It's an ongoing investigation... they stated they will listen to calls. I'm still waiting.
Please stay away.

Absolutely ridiculous company, wish I had seen the reviews before booking. Took me 3 hours the first day I called them for refund as we had 5 tickets and could not fly to India, due to regulation changes. They said we need to speak to Air India even though we gave our money to this company. I am sure since the country has banned travel, there should be an easier way to deal with this. Had to call again and reached them after 2 and half hours. An arrogant agent on line. I bet this website is run from and underground basement of some stupid little brats not living in real world, its amazing what kind of crap companies are given licenses to serve people now a days.
They have worst customer service. They made me waiting on phone for almost 3 hrs just for them to hang up on me. No resolution from their side. I am booked with united airline who waiving off the change fees even for non refundable tickets. But i have to do it through mytrip as i booked with them. But they just dnt wanna answer the call. Please don't get any flights through this company! We are in Norway airport and due the situation, the country is almost shut down. This company did not allow us to take an earlier flight and tried to charge us more than the initial price of the flight. They are taking advantage of situation that is very global and dangerous. We need to come back to our countries. They are only looking to make money from customers. Please don't buy anything from them, be careful. In Februry 2020 I booked go and back flight brussels to Catania for mid March 2020. Due to the Corona virus outbreak in Italy the trade fair I was attending was cancelled.
Mytrip, despite Alitalia (the airline I was to travel on) stating that they Do refund airport taxes, would not refund one cent.
When I tried to change my ticket to Italy to a later date, Mytrip's and the customers service refused to followed the rules of the customers service. The original airfare was AZ 151 and the flight cancelled 3 times because of the governement and the epedemic situation in Italy. MyTrip never communicate any changement of my travelling and Today I can not go their because of the virus and they don't want to realise a refund, they are not answering to any mails or phone calls.

Once you research them (something I obviously should have done before swiping my credit card) you will find they hide all comments on their social media like Facebook so one cannot see or write what other consumers have said about them. Mytrip is not transparent and have no interest in customer service nor fair consumer practices. Their South African phone numbers redirects you to a call centre based in India or Africa (unfornutely they can not speak your languages) where the operators work off scripts. You are dealing with a ghost company. Once you give them your money it is guaranteed you will never see it despite the circumstances.

I have been trying to contact someone to rebook my flight but, there is no way of one getting in touch with anyone, which is not acceptable. Now when I try to login in, there is an error message saying that my email is invalid. This is the same email my tickets confirmation was sent to.
Never use this service again, because if you can not support your customers at a time like this, that means you are bad business.
Booked tickets for the family and flight got cancelled. Refund oh my days hard work, very very poor communication skills. Put you on hold for hours one don't know who is supervisor/manager. Having nightmare with these people. Still on going let's see how far I get.

First i had to pay them 20 euro to request them to take care of a special seat for my 8 month old daughter. I paid they didn't arrange.
Second they sold us a return flight from Shanghai to munich to Amsterdam with Lufthansa. The flight got canceled by Lufthansa but this company is not paying.
