I bought a flight ticket from mytrip.com later on flight was cancelled. I requested refund from mytrip.com but they refused to refund my money because airline was bankrupt. I told them that it is not my problem as I bought the ticket from you and you are my counterpart, additionally, you did not tell me that if the airline dis-functions we will not refund you. But so far no refund yet. They are trying cheat on me and keep my money. I had the same case with another agent but refund my money without any problem. I have email proves for both cases. I can send them to anyone who wants to see.
I do not suggest anybody to do business or by a ticket from mytrip.com. They are good till they collect money from you but if any problem occurs they do not know you. This people should be abandoned from doing a business.
They just put you on hold for long hours, i have spent like more than 30 minutes four times in a row and 1hr the 5th time.

Booked Air China from Sydney to UK. Flight cancelled due to Corona virus. Air China provided full refund, My Trip charged $600. Book direct with the airline and avoid My Trip.
This booking site's customer service is very bad. Simple questions yet they cannot provide a simple answer. I recently requested for a confirmation that I am canceling a booking but the agent I talked to is saying that I want a full copy of our conversation... how stupid is that! Bottom line... DO NOT BOOK HERE.
I have inquired a number of times about a refund for a cancelled flight. On the same day, a flight through the same carrier was cancelled although this booked directly through Japan Airlines. I received a refund for this flight within days of requesting one, however, 4 months and multiple requests since the cancelled flight from Tokyo and Sydney I am yet to even hear any progress on the status of this refund. I am simply asked to wait. This is not the service I expected when booking with MyTrip.
Do not ever use this company! If some flights will be cancelled, you do not have your money back. Only via court process.
Very bad service. They changed our flight and as we called Them to schedule a new date and add luggage, we spoke to a woman whom we almost couldn't understand, she out us on hold forever, came back to us and Said she couldn't help us and hung up

When doing my research for an emergency trip. I found a cheaper roundtrip UK-Colombia flight in MyTrip than in Skyscanner. As everyone knows the sooner you book your flights the better but this was an emergency and prices were rising with only two weeks before traveling. Though the following put me in an even more uncomfortable standby situation as I did not know if money was going to be taken or not? If I had to book again with a different company?
My concern started when the reservation email information received was missing the most important things:
Money was taken: NO (just stated)
Order number: YES
Booking number: YES
Airline reference number: NO (MOST IMPORTANT)
In all my reservation through the years as soon as you booked your flights the money is taken and airline confirmation is receive. So it was a very long day waiting and thinking in plan B as I obviously did not know what was going to happen.
The day after around 14:00 I finally received my airline confirmation and the money was taken. From there everything went smooth.
I don't know how they did it but it was cheaper than with the airline directly or any other.

mytrip.com sells airline tickets they do not have. When you have purchased the tickets, mytrip.com will attempt then to acquire the tickets they sold you from the airlines. More often than not, they will not be successful in buying the tickets. You will then be in hell as you try to figure this mess out for hours over the phone. You'll get a "the airline cancelled your flight" nonsense, which means they were simply unable to buy the tickets they already sold to you. You will wait for hours and hours on the phone, and never ever get your tickets. This is a legitimate honest to god, no nonsense 100% scam. Never use mytrip.com. Guaranteed problems, every time.
Please DO NOT BOOK YOUR DREAM VACATION ON THIS WEBSITE! I have had such a BAD experience with this company that my dream vacation has turned into a nightmare, and I have not even gotten on the plane. Their customer service line is not helpful at all, their agents all have different information and they promise you to resolve the issues in 24-48 hrs, and then that turns into 2 weeks of getting back and forth until you get mad and BEG to talk to a manager. This is my FIRST AND LAST time booking a trip through them. WILL DEFIENTELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
I booked flights with this company on 02/2019 for flight on december to Denpasar we paid 200£ for seats ( family of 4)
Unfortunately on rhe day of flight on the airport 30 min before departure I had very big surprise- no reservations seats.
My son and daughter sitting separately my and my wife separately.
Airline costumer service told as My trip. Com never did any seat reservations they took my money but didn't make reservations. After back My trip costumer service told as - we dont care about seat but yours money of coures are ok for as.Gang of thieves and cheaters. Never again.
I booked a ticket for my husband and I on mytrip.com and got an error message. So went I booked on another site. But 36 hours later I received an email from mytrip.com confirming my booking. I was thus booked twice on the same flight. After making me call them repeatedly for two weeks to get an answer, Mytrip.com refused to wave the cancellation fees. I ultimately cancelled with the other company because it was cheaper, but lost over 500 euros in the process.

I booked a Flexible ticket with the company. Prior to my trip I called the customer service to change the date of my ticket:
1)First try: No available flights for the dates that I wanted my tickets for. Finally, I was offered an alternative ticket on the 6th of January, but they were not able at that time to provide me with the price of that ticket, so I was asked to call again. I had to spend more than 45 minutes for this call, as the company's customer service had unprecedented waiting times.
2) Second try: They informed me that the price of the ticket was more than 200 on top of my intitial ticket which was 280. This is about a flight within Europe. The point is that the airline that I had my fligth with (Air Serbia) had several other options available at their official website, that mytrip.com had not access to. So, what is the point of a flexible ticket that is not flexibe at all? The alternative flights that mytrip.com can offer are extremely limited and usually the most expensive ones, so in the end you just need to re-book the ticket by yourself from the airline's website.
Not to mention that for the second call, I had to wait at the line for around 1 hour, the person was coming back and forth saying that "unfortunately it takes longer that expected".
After all, on top of the the fact that it does not make any sense to rely to the flexible ticket on this company to make your trip flexible due to the very limited options that this ticket offers, you need to go through a painful procedure to change a ticket due to limited proficiency of the customer service in English (very difficult to communicate) and of course the extremely long waiting time (more than 1,5 hour in total). I definetely do not recommend this company :)
Called up customer services to cancel the tickets but each time I called 'their systems were down' so i had to call back 4 times and it's still not settled. They dont reply on emails or call you back even though they said they will when their systems are back up. Just a awful conning company! I'm still trying to get my money back or some sort of compensation but never using them again.

This is the worst agency to buy a ticket from. I cancelled my trip and they told me after making endless calls, to pay a charge fee that doubled the cost of a current ticket. Those indians with their heavy accents will not help you at all so dont bother.
Incredible that they are still in business. Avoid at all costs. These guys have no interest in helping their customers, and should have been shut down long ago.
They suck. They told me they booked my seat selection and waited several days to tell me that, whoops, they didn't book my seats and I would have to do it myself. They neglected to tell me that since they did the original booking, I could not book seats on line but would have to book over the phone which cost 2 1/2 times as much. They also charged me for bullsh*t extras like "premium support" which, as far as I can tell, means nothing but them taking my money (non refundable, of course). Do yourself a favor and avoid them.
