Booked a flight today via this site and am pretty sure I've been totally duped. After paying, there was a 'mysterious' delay in confirming my booking. When it arrived 20 mins later I'd been moved to a flight 11 hours earlier leaving in the early hours (a cheaper flight than what I'd paid for). Thought it could have been a system issue but when I tried to find a communication channel it became obvious that they don't want to hear about it. How is a site like this able to operate and accept major credit card payment? Stay away.

Booked via mytrip.com amd they clearly seem to be fraudsters! Stuck on the Airport and no help offered from mytrip.com. Do anything to avoid these crooks!

I booked a flight through this travel site and paid good money. My flight was cancelled and baggage got lost on second flight. Airline told me to go through my travel agency to get refund! Mytrip has barely communicated with me! When I called I was hung up on when attempting to redirect my call. This happened many of times! It's been over 4 months now and I haven't received a cent. I spoke with airline and they claim the claim tipically takes 28 days to go through. We are far past that! Mytrip recently emailed me an invoice for 24.88 refund! The flight seats and baggage were over $1,500.00. This site is shady and rude! Don't book through these crooks!

Ho prenotato il volo per 5 persone MIlano Tenerife, mi hanno prima comunicato che il volo era annullato e se volevo un cambio data o un rimborso. Ho chiesto il rimborso e mi hanno dato l'OK, cosi ho prenotato un altro volo per altra destinazione.

Quindi niente più rimborso e doppio volo sul groppone da pagare. Ho provato di tutto per farmi rimborsare, ma sono scomparsi. Questi sono chissà dove rispondono solo in inglese

DON'T USE THIS AGENCY

I bought ticket through from mytrip with correctly key in my baby name. But when I checked the travel documents they sent to me which short of 1 words. I checked with the airlines company whether there will be any issue arise, they said it will cause unable to boarding. So, I call them to amend it but they give me an excuse said that my baby name is too long which cannot be enter all of his name. Actually my own name is longer than my baby's name. What a stupid excuse given. The customer service operator not solving my problem and yet still ask me to purchase their extra service and send me the link for payment. End up i got no choice just re-purchased my kid ticket through the airlines company and cancelled the ticket booked from them. Then I called back to ask for refund, they give me an excuse said that airline company not yet cancel. I have wasting a lot of time to solving this issue. In the end, airline company which are the one help me to settle down and the airline company customer service told me that if mytrip willing help it just an easy process.

DON'T USED THIS AGENCY, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY WHEN PROBLEM ARISE

Cannot give no stars so gave 1. This company took my money and never paid Fastjet for my return flight. They are saying that the flight was not cancelled and now they agree that it is cancelled. Have now been told I wont get any money back as it is less than their handling fee? What handling fee - when was I made aware of this they owe me just under £500! Disgusting am going to post anywhere I can find how disgusting this company is.

BAD!

MyTrip is really BAD COMPANY I EVER MET! Never buy any ticket from them! I cant even amend my name, is only 1word N to G only. They ask me to call airlines, but because they are the third party i bought ticket from, so the airline company ask me to call Mytrip to send them an email or call them to amend my name, but their customer service kept saying cannot! And i ask, so what is the solution for me? He said no solution, or i can cancel the ticket, but the hell is i need to pay my cancellation fees, and i ask do you have any other customer service that i can talk with? He said NO! What the hell is it! In the end i call the airline to complaint this issues, and they manage to amend it for me just only pay the tax. Mytrip is BAD Service ever that i ever met!

The worst ever
November 19, 2019

Terrible call center and no answer to whatever e-mail sent to the few addresses found online. The airline company created a policy for the refund of the flight ticket because of the unstable situation in Lebanon and Mytrip said first that I had to obtain and send them a written request from the airline company (I called the call center of the airline company and they almost laugh at my face and confirmed that all the agencies were informed about the released policy for the refund), after that a Mytrip operator said that am not entitled to the refund because I did not cancel the flight and mine was considered a no show (that's a lie as they have the recorded call with another operator and I clearly said that I was NOT gonna take the flight because of the political situation); afterward they said that they have to follow the airline policy and as per the rules of the airline I am not entitled to the refund, which is also a lie as a friend of mine that booked the same flight ticket directly with the airline company already got all the money back. Congratulations mytrip, you are a joke

Firstly the prices are hyped in between booking and changes. Secondly they say flexiticket which allows you to change by the changed price is so high that it's better to book a normal ticket. Lastly the cancellation charges are extremely high that you can't cancel even when they claim cancellation is possible. The whole trip was a scam with all my money wasted.

Read the other reviews, they are a complete nightmare. Indian call centre... they ask the same question via phone or email, again and again. 16 days after trying to get a refund, I'm still were I started. Stay away from them at all costs.

We have terrible communications with this agency, we booked the flight ticket and ask for them to contact the airlines to correct the name but he did this to us. And keep trying to pass the ball to others company, and blocked me after the communication, then I can't text message and comments his page anymore...

We booked flights in advance to Cambodia via China. Flight to China was canceled and we were offered alternative via 3 other airports (extra 2 days of traveling). A nightmare to communicate, both via phone and emails. In the last conversation, we asked to find out how much would be to get the refund, and if they could change the end destination as the flight was available by the same airline. 3 days later, which was only 4 days before flying we rang to find out what is the outcome of those 2 questions (possible refund, Fly to another destination) as we still were not sure what was happening and how we could plan out trip! We were told after phoning twice and being on the phone for about an hour that the airline has canceled our trip and refunded us money. My trip was not able to tell us why it was canceled and how much would it be - bare in mind we booked via Mytrip which is an agent for our flights! How bad is that? They told us to speak to the airline directly (which every time we called was a minimum 40min on the phone with advisers who could not speak English very well). Now we have no flights, can't get hold on with the airline, we don't have the money refunded and we about to fly in 4 days! Plus high phone bills to pay for the last 7days of calling and calling. My trip can only apologize for it. NEVER AGAIN

Dont come any near this online agency! Worst customer service ever who mislead you and dont do what they said they would do! Tried to cancel and get refund for the flight tickets purchased based on misleading information from the airlines. Eventhough the airlines agreed to waive my ticket, mytrip found many reasons or ways to have the tickets expired and wasted. The only thing they needed to do is to contact the airlines regarding my issue but they refused to do so even when i had satisfied everything that they requested for the matter. Plus, every operator gives you different information to mislead you. Some of them were quite arrogant! Never ever use this agency!

Their phone number was *******838. Bunch of indians who are just trying to fool you

Bought a ticket was quoted 91 pounds to the point where you enter your card details. Obviously when you enter card details you are committed to press pay and not scroll up to look at the price again. This is exactly what I did. I thought it was 91 pounds but when I entered the card details the price was automatically changed to 125 pounds. They said the 30 pounds discounted rate depends on the card you use but you will never find out until you enter your card details and by then everyone would have pressed pay and no coming back.

So I think this is a clever way of taking extra money from your pocket without you realising it and by time you realise it it is too late.

SO MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR CARD DETAILS SCROLL UP AND CHECK THE UPDATED PRICE BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO PURCHASE.

NEVER AGAIN-EVER!

NEVER EVER AGAIN! They canceled my flight to Bahamas due to Hurricane (which is unforeseen nature event) and we were waiting for a refund. After emailing back and forth and so much time on the phone with them and also AirCanada which agreed with refund (minus fees which was fine under the circumstances) and gave the refund to MyTrip, I received a phone call they this agency would be charging me more fines even the cancelation was due to nature disaster and basically after all I will not be receiving any money. If they said something about these huge fines, after I specifically asked, I would never initiated refund from the airline and just kept it there as a credit. So the worst customer service where each person tells you something different.

No refund

No refund after 6 months. They keep sending me same emails asking for bank details whenever I call them. Why not refunding to original payment method? They are just waiting until I get exhausted so they take the money. I have never seen such dodgy company.

Do not risk your money

The flight I booked through MyTrip was cancelled. The Airline, Air Maroc have said they refunded the money to Mytrip, Mytrip have so far refused to refund me my money for a flight that never happened. It has now been over 8 months. All I get is broken promises, automated emails or just being ignore. Do not risk your money, whatever the savings.
