I have re-install the app servial times and it still wont work i marked 777 and it didnt help and the phone does not have antivirus at all... what can i do i need help

MSpy software depends on strong Internet connection and in case there was no Internet on the target device for more than 24 hours, target phone loses connection automatically.
777 is a common troubleshooting in this case and if it is not working for several times it means that mSpy was un-installed from the target device and re-installation is required. We have provided you with all of the required assistance at once and would be more than happy to help you again.
MSpy require many permissions from the target phone and Antivirus can react on it as on harmful application, because it was not downloaded from Google Play Store. Moreover, Antivirus is one of the reasons target phone loses connection at first place.

In case you need any assistance with re-installation or consultation on how to prevent target phone from losing connection please leave your Customer ID and phone number and we will gladly assist you.

Hello. I recently ran into a problem of adolescence, their children. They're no longer obey me, and punish them "street" would sit for hours on the Internet... I was greatly troubled at what sites and what information they derive therefrom. Thank you friends, who advised service "mSpy"!
What is "mSpy"? It's the world's best application for parents who can monitor Internet activity (including popular instant messengers) children's / teen mobile phones and computers (ios, android, mac os x, windows). You can also control his subordinates. Price starts from 29 USD per month.
Is it the price, and generally about any money are we talking about when touched upon the education of their children.

I used to use Myspy whenever I needed it and would simply cancel my subscription afterwards. But after my last experience I will NEVER deal with them again. I attempted to cancel my subscription 3xs and they still withdrew money from my account. I requested a refund and got a snide email back along with an option to have another month’s subscription or a refund. I responded that I wanted a refund and never got it nor a response back. After waiting 7 business days I finally emailed them back to find out about my refund and they sent me an automatic email telling me I would get another month’s worth of service even though at this point I clearly don’t want it. The worse thing is that unless you pay to be able to do business with them over the phone you can’t call them for anything! So your sending emails back and forth HOPING to get an issue resolved! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is the best app for parent that is able to monitor any Internet activity of children's mobile phones. Just a unique app for all who are interested. And not expensive. I recommend everyone to try and be sure to install. To me it helps a lot! It is very intuitive to operate, works without any problems and crashes! Such a long time does not appear. I love it! MSpy - the world's best application for a parent who is able to keep track of any online activity of the children's mobile phone, including all popular instant messengers. This program I recommended a friend who has a child. Excellent program, I often do not go home, constantly on business trips, and with the help of mSpy can I track where my child is, what he is doing on the Internet, that in the letter received by email. Most recently, I had to use the program for tracking Internet activity my child. Tried a lot of different applications, but none decided my question. Then my friend recommended program mSpy - and I was very impressed positively! The application works very well, monitors any activity on the Internet. This app helped me a lot.
And most importantly the price is not high compared to other similar applications. There is also a clock technical support to help resolve any settings in the program!
I recommend to use this plugin!

Very, Very, Good

MSpy, a perfect application for any parent who wants to know what their child is involved in the Internet, and indeed any monitor its activity using a mobile phone. This task this application copes well. So I left them quite enough, the benefit of which it bought it for $ 35 and have never regretted, because now I know where my child is and what he usually does. I use it for about a month and no failures was not with him, so I advise him.

I contacted them before purchasing to inquire about a limited trial since many other programs offer them. I was told their free trial was no longer available but they offered a money back guarantee. I purchased this specifically to monitor texts including deleted texts on our son's iPhone. I already had iCloud set up on his phone and it still took 24 hours to pull down any data and what it retrieved was time stamped incorrectly, incomplete, and did not include deleted texts. As soon as I was able to view the first data dump I emailed requesting a refund. I got an automated response back saying I would hear from them within 24 hours. It has been 5 days. I have since purchased a different program that did offer a free trial first and actually delivered the product they advertise for less money. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and will be filing a complaint with the BBB

I had a subscription last year for 2 months it worked just "ok." Could monitor texts and online only. Recently received an email about "new updates" and figured, why not? I bought it April 21st and it has not connected even once. I have requested a full refund 4 times only to receive an email (days later not the 24 hour promise) only to be given the run around. I have a complaint pending with the BBB. Please do not trust their "refund policy"... they do not stand behind it.

Mspy is the worst! They are absolute cons who do not help you. They do not deliver what they say they are going to. Clearly, I am not the only one. Read all the reviews below me. I had the same experience.

I am furious

After buying MSPY I realized the app doesn't work with any of the new updates on iPhones /iPads. Apparently this is written in the massive amount of "fine print." After much correspondence the company will not refund my money even though I can't use it. They are currently two updates away from actually working. I find it hard to believe that you can ask the person you are secretly monitoring to "not update " their phone. In my opinion this teeters on the edge of a scam.

Kindly be informed that in order to use mSpy application your target iPhone should be jailbroken. This requirement is mandatory since mSpy application should have a root access to the device. The latest versions of iOS (8. 1. 3,8.2,8.3) currently don't have compatible jailbreak tools. MSpy development team doesn't work on jailbreaking tools production, these tools are developed by other IT specialists all around the world. It means that mSpy team depends on such tools as well.
At the same time, as you've purchased our subscription, you have mSpy without jailbreak solution as well. With this product there will be no need in getting physical access to the device and jailbreaking it. MSpy simply downloads all available information from your target iCloud account. I purchased this software to monitor an Iphone 6, hooked it up to icloud and got everything working except the "update" feature for an Iphone that is not jailbroken is a joke. I can not see up to date text messages, in fact, i didn't get an update until noon the next day. Tried it out for 7 days, tried everything i could think of to get it to work and no luck. Then when i tried to get my money back, because they have a "10 day free trial" i was met with questions about what i did to trouble shoot and whether of not i connected the device properly. Its pretty damn simple to hook up an iphone since you just need access to the cloud. A $#*! could do it. This system sucks and the money back guarantee is a LIE. I did not receive my money back even though i asked twice... Before the 10 day period.

Kindly be informed that mSpy without jailbreak solution monitors your target iCloud account once you enter login credentials. It means that is simply downloads available information from iCloud. In case no new information was uploaded from the target iPhone to iCloud, mSpy will not be able to fetch any data.

The iCloud synchronization system works in a such way that the iPhone uploads all available data to the account once per 24 hours only when 3 conditions are met:
1. IPhone is not being used
2. IPhone is being charged
3. IPhone is connected to Wi-Fi

Therefore, mSpy checks your target iCloud account for updates and downloads them if they are available. However, you can manually force mSpy to get synchronized with iCloud by clicking on 'Update Now' button.

I purchased this only to find out it wouldn't work - I figured I could called customer service and they would refund me and work with me. Boy was I wrong! Customer service is a joke! They were incredibly rude and hung up on me every time I asked for a supervisor. I had to spend an hour of my time simply trying to talk to somebody you could help me. Eventually I just gave up because customer service was laughing on the other end. I don't even think this is a real company I think it's just a scam. Finally I got an email and I was told they wouldn't give me a refund. I haven't used the product and I can't use the product it's not working but there still going to take my money. Companies like this should be run out of business, there just set up to take your money to scam you! Don't buy, better off going somewhere else!

I bought this product last week. I specifically asked the "live chat" if I would be able to view the texts off of an iPhone 5. They told me absolutely as long as the phone had iCloud. I bought the product and it did NOT show texts. I tried to contact customer service, but, was told I had to pay $13 to speak to them. I contacted them again and asked to cancel my account and refund my money. They suggested that I buy an Android because they "know there are issues with iPhones." I understand completely that their "fine print" says no refunds. I also understand completely that their advertisement says that you can "read texts from an Iphone5." FALSE ADVERTISING!

Do not get that Mspy tracking it's gimmick to lure u in, I had three account with them, I was never told they do not refund your money when I was opening the account, I was never told if your account expires you will need the actual device to download the program again. While Mspy still have money for another account that i ask to freeze cause I could not install the software. Do not purchase anything thing from Mspy. You figure Mspy would just go in the system an reopen the account they can not. Do believe they lies. Mspy is a FRAUD.

On your Personal Page with us, we've found some obstructions that prevent you from using mSpy. According to our information, the login credentials to your target iCloud account have been recently changed and that's why mSpy cannot fetch any information from it. In order to start monitoring your target iCloud account, please log in to your mSpy Control Panel and re-enter login credentials to the iCloud account. After that mSpy will download all available information.

Regarding mSpy application re-installation on the target device kindly be informed that after your account expiration you have around 48 hours to extend the subscription. After that period most probably mSpy application will lose the connection with our server and re-activation will be required (technical SMS or re-installation).

Please keep in mind that the physical access to the target device is required (in order to perform re-installation procedure). According to the information from your account, our Customer Care representatives provided you with full assistance in the matter of lost connection and even suspended your account couple times (for you not to lose any subscription days).

Worst product. Better to throw you money in garbage than in mspy. Worst customer satisfaction. Purchased it on 12 Th Feb 2015. Had lots of problem in installing. Installation took 5 hours. Then rooting of the device which is impossible. Even after rooting. My email became invalid with mspy. Same day of purchase asked for the refund. But these guys are so cunning that they won't refund your money. They ll show you many guidelines which means u r throwing your money in garbage. Dese guys don't no what is customer satisfaction. End of the day you are loosing your money. Plz try for some other tracking software

It works well for 1 or 2 weeks than you need to reinstall each time, the assistance don't give any support. Better if u throw your money from the windows.
