The do not deliver what is advertised. Kimberly Parker from the customer service team is zero help. (And I'm using 'customer service' as a loosely termed phrase.)
It was difficult to install, with 'processing' wait times and when I contacted support it took DAYS (not hours) for them to respond. They DO NOT WORK. I wish I had read reviews before hand. Now I am out $200 with an unusable product. Kimberly Parker with the customer service team is who I've been dealing with, and when I told them nothing would work, they said sorry- we can freeze service for 2 months or you can switch your service to a desktop mode. What am I going to do with that? I need the service for a mobile device- not a desktop.

The customers support service is just excellent. I mean, I am even a bit embarrassed for acting like a mad woman, I thought their app didn't work.It appeared that I needed to root my android and yep, after that everything works.

No jailbreaks can only be retrieved every 24 hours and often there are 12 hour service outages. I have belonged for four days and there have been 4. Three in a row which made it inaccessible for 36 hours. I do not know about other consumers but people who buys this I am assumming need information faster than that. It also doe not get deleted anything so looking at the target phone does the same ting once a day. Apparently there are many features I have yet to learn to access which is indeed due in part to my ignorance of the software but also largely it is due to a not very user friendly site. If I can learn how to make it more real time and easier I would stay but right now it was a waste of 53. Dollars

Please, be informed that usage of no-jailbreak solution means that you can download information from target iCloud. As you understand information in iCloud directly depends on backup of the device. IPhone usually backs up when connected to a Wi-Fi and power source, it is a restriction made by Apple. That is why without jailbreak you can only get information once in 24 hours after backup is done on the device. There is no other system that can do that faster using iCloud.

My entire experience with Mspy was one of deception and frustration. You cannot use this software in a stealthy way at all. When using with an iphone through icloud, it worked properly for about 12 hours until icloud locked up because it detected something suspicious was going on. So, I had to reset the icloud credentials and again it only worked for about 12 hours. So, unless you want to change the icloud credentials on the account you're trying to spy on every 12 hours, this will not work for you. They acknowledged after the fact that they knew this happened, and were working to resolve it. It's been 4 months, it still doesn't work properly. They won't give me my money back. It's garbage.

I got mSpy and I couldn't get it to work, so I called them up and they helped me but it only worked for a week, I tried to get it fixed again but it didn't work, when I asked to be refunded while they didn't say no right out the result was I didn't get my money back and I was out the year of money I gave them for less than a week of it actually working.

Turns out I needed to know whether my apple phone had jailbreak or not on it, and that effected what it could see and what it couldn't. Basically read all the fine print and know for sure whether it will work on your phone or not because once you pay the money you will never see it again.

There are two ways to monitor iPhone: 1) Using jailbreak, 2) Using Apple ID and password.
In case 1) you need to have the phone in your hands and its iOS should be compatible with jailbreak (it has more features to monitor),
In case 2) you need to have Apple ID+password and the phone has to be backed up to iCloud (it has less features but doesn't require physical installation on the device)
If all conditions are met you will be able to monitor the device without any problems!

I have had a horrible experience with this company. They are scam artists. I requested a refund WITHIN 1 HOUR of purchasing, and after many emails and phone calls they are downright refusing. The product doesn't work as advertised and the only way to monitor anything of significance is to ruin your phone in the process. Honestly, do NOT believe the reviews on the website. They are a scam.

This app makes big claims but doesn't offer half as much as it claims. After several attempts to get things kicking, I demanded a refund, and now it's my twentieth day waiting. Still no response and I get a deaf ear to all the complaints. Pathetic!

They misrepresent the product and the "ease of use". Stay away from this product! It eats your data like crazy--something they do not tell you before you purchase it. Total rip off!

Here are the words of another consumer which reflect our sentiments precisely:

"Don't believe positive reviews for mSpy on other sites. MSpy pays for fake positive reviews and owns many of the 'professional' reviews of their product.

Fact of the matter is that mSpy software doesn't work properly and they sell features that they don't support and when the software doesn't work they refuse to refund any money. MSpy is a very dishonest operation and I'd highly recommend that you avoid them.

MSpy sells premium features that can't be activated without using third party software that can damage your mobile device and may be stealing data from your phone.

When the 3rd party software fails to enable the 'premium features', mSpy refuses refunds blaming the 3rd party software that you, the user, was required to use. Very, very unethical."

Horrible mspy

Sorry to tell you, but the product does not really do what they say
It is almost impossible to get updated information from the target phone
To give you an example after an update in SEPT the last phone call registered under myspy app was in JUNE (so? Someone did not call or receive any call from JUNE until SEPT)
The last suggestion they gave me was to update daily mspy with the target phone in my hands kkkk! Common if I will have the target phone in my hands why do I need mspy app anyway
Horrible service, NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND, even though their website say you have 10 days to request FULL REFUND, they only offered me half of it! Really pissed off

Be kindly informed that there are two types to install and use mSpy on iPhones: 1) Do it using iCloud credentials (it will give you updates once a day and this is the restriction made by Apple as it depends on iCloud backup, we can assure you that there is no existing service that can give you updates more often while using this type of connection), 2)Do a jailbreak on the device and install mSpy directly to the memory of the phone (in this case you can get updates every 20-30 minutes, but physical access to the device for the first installation is required). Waste of money

Should i cry? Because it almost feels like that i have dumped hundreds of my dollars after subscribing to this app. Thumbs down! I tried xnspy and it worked better than mspy.

Not worth your money!

Before, you were able to listen to the calls. Now you only see what numbers are called to and from. It never worked! Getting in touch with them is bad, answers they give you are worse! They are hard to understand and when you call, the call is hung up two to three times. Not worth the trouble or the time! Just a waste of money!

Disappointed
July 12, 2016

I had the the mSpy installed few day ago, however, its work only for short time ( or just a moment?! --- the moment reinstalling the mSpy). So far, I never see instant phone update except during the new restallation. I have reinstalled the mSpy for 3 times, but still, today, the last phone update was the time I reinstalling time last night. In addition, if needed view chat apps, its need to do another " complicated" steps which we not likely to go another web site to down load the software. Why can't mpsy do it one off? Since we were told we can view all chats with mspy and we pay for it.

The reasons why target phone loses connection might be different:
- The target phone is not in the network coverage area.
- The target phone doesn't have the internet connection.
- The target phone is turned off.
- The mSpy is blocked by Antivirus.
- The application was removed from the device.
- The target phone has been updated/restored.
- A user has made a factory reset.

It never worked from day one, no refund and no fix,
They have a pre-set of email for you evey time you ask a question, something like "our developer I working on the issue", We will you a partial refund", "give you 2 more month of sub", don't listen to the lies, they never works, never fix, and never refund. There is no developer, its a scam program, that don't work!
Call your credit card company dispute the charge is the only way out.

Yes works with android, and iPhone, but only update call logs and text message, nothing else works, GPS location no logged, whatsapp Not logged, Facebook not logged, skype not logged, Snapchat not logged, photo not logged, video not logged. If you called that's working, software is a joke.

This worked the first few times, and then stopped completely. I get different lines that don't make any sense each time I speak with customer service. Nothing has changed with the target device, it charges and has wifi and updates each day... so why no updates? The times are also off at times as well as dates. It's shady but what can you expect. It sure is hard to find honest companies on the internet.

I'm in, got all the credentials and everything set up, but when i click Update to update the info. It just says in progress. I've tried many time but never goes through and i have left it on for Many Hours.

BEWARE OF MSPY

They are a FAKE! They are SCAM! They will take your money and not give you anything in return. I never received my program. I called... no answer. I emailed... no answer. I started reading reviews about the same thing happening with other people. DONT BUY MSPY. The kicker is I tried getting a refund and now they continue charging my account! WTF! I should have known better... BEWARE!

You will be charged automatically every month unless you deactivate the the auto renewal service and then you will still be charged an additional month when you deactivate it! It is not as simple to install as they suggest especially if you have a virus protection on your phone and the help team take forever to actually "help" and are pretty much useless and will only refer you to the instruction, there is no way you'll be getting a refund if you cant install the product either! Don't waste your money!

No email, no answer

I purchased the product at 3 pm in afternoon. Was supposed to get the email with download in 2 hours.
It is now 5 hours later and nothing...
I place 3 phone calls to the number provided to me by Paypal for this mSPY.
All 3 times the line as inactive/disconnected.

Requested PayPal for a refund asap, while I can.

If mSpy want to offer my their good sound product they can reach me and show good faith without taking any identity/ credit card info from me.
That might be a good and honest review.
