Don't waste your money

Mspy SUCKS!

There program dont work and they dont give refund. I spent hours trying to get this peice of garbage working. No one picks up the phone snd when they do they put you on hold forever! Email didnt get replied to for 3 days! STAY AWAY FROM MSPY

I found out that someone used my card to buy this and immediately contacted this company and told them that I didn't authorized anything on my account and do they are telling me that I can't get my money back. I have not talked to anyone all I have gotten is emails saying the same thing. After I did my research on this company is doing not need anyone tracked I don't have any one to track or spy on. It against the law also to be getting information on someone without they permission. They need to put my money back on my card or I will get a lawyer and make this company pay more out of their pockets. I am posting on every site that this company promotes their products on even Facebook twitter. Then I am going to the BBB. I will let the world know what kind of company this is..

The application didn't allow me to monitor a particular application in a manner that was satisfactory. Monica, in MSpy's billing department, emailed me to let me know I wouldn't be charged after the trial period. I have been charged and mSpy is refusing to reverse the charges. They (Anna in their billing dept.) even told me that I would have to pay $25 extra if I want to use their program.
MSpy... I DON'T WANT YOUR SOFTWARE AND WANT YOU TO REVERSE THE $199 CHARGE TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
This is the first of many reviews I'll be posting to these type of sites. I have complete email exchanges to back up these claims. I'll post the exchanges as a photo to this site if they don't reverse the charges.

I don't know what it is going on, I'm looking to buy the spy app, it's happened for me to stop by and view Mspy.com and by the advertising it made me really want to buy and trying it out by all the features that they have, The charge is expensive, but people don't mind to buy and invest on it, but only bad thing about it by reading the NEGATIVE REVIEWS it Freak me out. Now days everything is online and that's the way to make money online, but by making good money is by build the good relationship between customer and the company with honest and trust, but by the way of doing business by grab the money and run, I think is better to close the business and work on something else for living

While mSpy does describe their service's compatibility and "no refund" policies in their online literature, I like many here, did not read the fine print before signing up. And also like others here, I discovered within minutes that the phone I need to monitor is not compatible, making the service completely useless for me, and that mSpy refuses to issue a refund. They lamely offered an extension of a month or a downgrade to "basic" - neither of which I can use due to the incompatibility issue... and they know it.

Buyer beware - read all the fine print before you click "Purchase"!

We had the month to month subscription for the PC monitoring service. Everything worked ok for the most part and was capturing and updating as it should. Literally within 24 hours of extending the subscription for a year everything both the phone and pc monitoring stopped. We tried to uninstall and reinstall and it worked... for 1 hour and then everything stopped tracking once again. We have recently purchased new modem and router so we know our internet connection is secure and stable. Strongly disappointed and considering switching service to a different provider. Will request refund and if that isnt successful will simply dispute charges with my credit card company and file complaint with the BBB.

In the modern world, which is full of violence and terror is very important to constantly monitor their children. This unique app mspy is a godsend for parents. It allows you to be aware of all movements of their children, helps alleviate their online activity not only from computers but also from mobile phones. Great app for all parents. In addition, this application helps supervisors to keep track of your irresponsible staff. Overall - a really unique application that is truly indispensable. Thank you for your support. And all this fun costs very little - just from 29$ a month.

I was really impressed by the offerings of the premium plan, so I signed for just one month to see what it was like... Well, I guess there's some real, real, real fine print somewhere that states (I found some of it after I paid - and then some BIG print that wasn't available before I paid, that stated the following) that the device does indeed still have to be jailbroken for so many of those services. The listing of services that it provides adds little "No-jailbreak" ads next to certain services, leading you to believe that you will have "special" access to the others that are not included in the basic plan. So, if you're looking to get onto Snapchat, etc., you have to jailbreak, and I'm not willing to. But they list Snapchat, so it completely appears like it will be included, no worries, in your premium plan. I saw a few more texts than I did on t33n$@fe, with their free trial, and that was about it... In addition, the lag is horrible. It's 11/4/2015. It hasn't even worked it's way out of 9/2015 yet and it's been hours. What a disappointment. If you just need to check out a few deleted texts and maybe a call log, just find a free trial. Bum software. :(

From my side - a side of mSpy representative I would like to mention that our NO jailbreak service totally depends on iCloud back ups and it means that:
- mSpy updates once in 24 hours ONLY if the new back up was made on the target device;
- mSpy does not capture deleted messages, cause they are NOT being backed up on the target device itself:
- if there is not enough space in the iCloud storage - no back up can be made - mSpy can not transfer new info to your account, because there is no new info on the device itself;
- for the back up to be made on the device - it must be connected to the energy source, connected to Wi-Fi and screen must be locked.

All this can be avoided in the FULL mSpy version for jailbroken iPhones. We can help you with jailbreak as well, in case you need any assistance.

We are always trying to improve our services and more features will be added to our mSpy without jailbreak version in the nearest time!

Good, really good.

I used to install mSpy on my daughter's pc. It works fine. Not that I ever wanted to spy after my children, but I had some thoughts she could have taken drugs. Web could be a dangerous place, so I'd recommend it to all the caring parents.

This has been the worst software service and customer service I have ever experienced. The product works initially when first installed and you think it is going to continue to work. THEN the software stops connecting according to the time selected, for me 20 minute intervals. Over the next week the software will only connect and upload once per 24 hours then 48 hours then STOPS connecting completely. The customer service LIES and gives you their standard line of BS excuse that the wifi connection is not strong enough when NOTHING has changed with the phone or the cellular or wifi environment. They will tell you that YOU ARE THE ONLY customer with this problem. READ all the reviews you are NOT. You will have to UNINSTALL and REINSTALL the software to have it work properly again and you must have the phone in your possession for about 3 hours.

TOTAL Cheaters and Liars. I've had their service for 9 months since after working great the first 2 weeks purchased a full year. Since then the program has stopped functioning 8 times and each time I've had to get possession of the phone and uninstall and reinstall. I AM DONE WITH THIS USELESS SERVICE. Look somewhere else or you will be pulling your hair out after the first month of service. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND

This software is absolutely crazy and should be 100% illegal. I don't know what kind of sick person would buy something to spy on another person even if it is there kids. Have people forgotten how to respect another persons privacy? Would you like it if someone could read through your whole phone? You people are sick for even thinking about making this purchase.

Beware not to check the agreement while you sign on.
I paid and found out that my device is not supported.
Just 10mins after the order, they refused to honor my cancellation request.

Now I am waiting for my device to be supported by them... for unknow days to wait. And lost my money too. REALLY SUCKS

They charge me twice for one month. Asked for refund which they refuse to give because I didn't reply to their email when I did. So now for the past two week I been asking them to at least give me the month that I paid extra... Now they don't answer my emails and when they do it take about 3 day for a reply. The billing manager Alice Wilson and Monica Garrison have been going back and forth with me and nothing has been made. It just say that my account will expire in 10/30/15 but yet won't let me see anything because my account has expire. So they charge me twice and now are refusing to give the month that I paid extra and forget about refunds.

These people are thieves!

I have had mspy for about 3 days. For 2 of those days it worked ok. Since yesterday I have had no information from the target phone yet i know that it has had plenty of activity, much of it sent by me, and plenty of internet connection. I tried to talk to someone on live chat and no one answered. I have emailed no one has answered. I have called and they hang up on me. They are liars and cheats. I will take this further if they do not give me a satisfactory outcome!

I have had mspy on my daughters phone since August. It worked great and It did what it was supposed to do (except, it does let blocked phone numbers through). Yesterday only a small amount of the target phones activity was sent to me. I know that there was a lot of calls and texts and web browsing that never showed in my dashboard because I was able to look through the phone and see it, so it obviously wasn't deleted before the 2 min mark. Now today i cannot get any new activity at all. The GPS stopped working at 4am and I know there is a good internet connection. I know the phone has activity on it because I have called and texted it several times all day and still nothing. I have phone support and never can talk to anyone. I get hung up on before i get connected and when i do get through... the recording wants my ID number. After I enter it it tells me that I don't have support... ugh so aggravating! I have emailed mspy and still haven't heard from them. I really needed this solved today because it's the weekend and that is when my daughter needs the most monitoring. What is the point of phone support if mspy doesn't live up to their promise of it. 2 days ago I would have given 4 stars.

Your service suck
September 25, 2015

I purchased 1 month subscription of this software but nothing works.
I could not log in using my password, therefore I have tried to reset the password but no updated password gets sent out to my email.
I have contacted several times from overseas and either they hang up or they don't answer.
Don't use this company, there are there to make a quick buck... Their service sucks.

I purchased the more expensive licence. It's a nightmare to install. An average person will find it so daunting to correctly install the whole program.
I hope someone comes with something better and more user friendly with good backup support. Non of that is currently being delivered by spy.

HORRIBLE

Horrible site. Read some reviews, thought it would be okay. Now i have paid for the one month, and mspy is not working how it should be. I have entered the icloud email and password and it has been verified, but nothings happening. I have tried to contact mspy 6 times now, the first 2 times they hung up on me, now they arent even answering the phones. This is probably the worst customer service i have ever recieved. I also emailed a request for a refund and still nothing. Such bull$#*!. DONT PAY FOR THIS
