With everything out there today, we were hesitant to give our child a phone. However, we as parents, know that technology is now a part of daily life. You are right. It is fake. It doesn't work, even though a top IT tech friend and I, both installed it correctly. Mspy told me my daughter would have updated her phone and that is why it is not working and I need to reload, but this is definitely not true. They won't refund either, even though it has only worked when I tried it first. It's fake. Don't bother. It needs they internet access to be on. Don't buy it.
I purchased this product to monitor my daughter's phone. I only then found out that the Iphone 5S 7. 1. 1 is not supported. I immediately asked for a refund, and after talking to several people they all have refused. So now I'm stuck with a program I can't use. There website say's that Iphone is supported, I call this false advertising. Most phones have to be jail broken, so be sure you know how to do it before you buy the product. Worse purchase I ever made!
Installed on daughters phone (believe boyfriend dealing drugs). Got correct initial location yesterday, unable to get a newer one since. Called "24/7 Tech Support" 800 number, got recording saying no one available to answer the phone. Tried Tech Support web page twice and got "Server Error" page. I should known better with the spelling and grammatical errors on their site. Glad I only got one month subscription (unless they steal my credit card blind, too). STAY AWAY!
I have tried the app and I’m a bit disappointed. The updates for one take ages to come through if they do at all. I sent test messages on Whatsapp to the target phone and this didn’t show up for hours. When I contacted their customer support they gave me instructions with a “secret” text message to refresh the app on the phone. This “secret ” message is not supposed to be visible on the target phone. Mine were all visible…more than 8 messages with the code. After a while-8 hours the messages just disappeared from the target phone(so good for stealth). They say that the phone has to be connected to WiFi…I am sure that the target phone is connected to WiFi. I think it’s a rip off
I have used mSpy for about 3 months now with limited success.
I find that the application stops working and must be reloaded several times a week.
It misses some calls as well as txt messages.
The call log feature has not worked since day one.
Their tec support is almost non existent. The phone support is 24 hour and they will be happy to tell you to reload the app. But that is about all the phone support can do for you.
It is impossible to speak with anyone that can help with a problem.
All communications must be done by e mail. At some point they will tell you that everything is working properly even when you and the people at phone support can clearly see the product has failed to provide the promised service.THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED. But it does work some if you have the time and patience to fiddle with it every day.
Biggest piece of $#*! spy app ever. Hit and miss on uploading call recordings. Will not track phone with gps turned off, unlike what they claim. Wish I would have found this site before I purchased. Can only hear one side of the calls that do upload, ect, ect.
Junk Period
A plethora of fake reviews can't save these people. Software often doesn't work and they will not give you a refund, whatever they promise on the site.
I had to call credit card company to get a refund.
Mspy has been hacked. All customers compromised.
If you are using this software on a device your data is already out there, this could mean your child's data (iCloud username and password from MCloud) could fall in to the wrong hands.
They need to be made accountable for this. So far they are lying to customers saying nothing is wrong or blaming competitors.
