Worst company ever! Not only did their product not do what it was stated it would. They wouldn't honor their own refund policy and issue a refund. Called customer service and only received the run around; the minute I asked for a manager they would hang up on me. After posting reviews on other sites did a billing manager reach out and offered a FULL refund after I take down my review postings. This company isn't a company - they are a get themselves rich scheme. Don't purchase anything from them - you won't have a useful product or your money.
Highly disappointed that they took off the call recording feature, without even one notification at that. That was one of the best features it had unfortunately I'm stuck with them for a few more months then after that upgrading to another software that offers call recording.

HORRID service, horrid product. I prepaid for 3 months, then had to BUY the extra support to get it working. Once it was "working" it didn't work, for two weeks I tried to update it and it kept saying that the last update was current and wouldn't update. Then it took weeks to get them to cancel the service. Location service was ok, then it has turned into terrible! Almost no updates for a few weeks, and i have access to the phone always! Its not about internet service,,, internet service is very good most of the time.
Seriously mspy has become awful,,, i don't know what happened to them?! (also changed target phone from android to iphone,, but still same problem!)

You don't get all the messages. I know this 100% because first I can't see all parts of the conversation between the target and myself and second I have access to target's phone bill so I can see that the number of texts sent to particular numbers on the bill and on mspy log don't match. Really disappointed. Costume service are polite but they keep guaranteeing I receive whole logs which is not the case even after 24 hours. Lots of texts never appear on the log. In my case they are often the ones with important info.

Purchased this software with high hopes but unfortunately there are lots of issues with it. First and most important issue is their log update for locations, text messages etc. No mater what the time interval you set, they do not update the logs sometimes for 24 hours or more. Customer service is NOT good. They know the problem so they give you runarounds. If you want a good tracking and timely updates of text messages, locations etc THIS IS NOT THE ONE you want.

Please be informed that the logs updating process highly depends on the combination of Internet availability and Update Intervals which are to be set in your account. For example, in case during couple update intervals there is no active Internet connection on your target device the logs would not be updated to your account. Which sounds reasonable since the main requirement is an Internet connection (the application doesn't activate it by default, it only scans the device for Wi-Fi or 3G/4G Internet). At the same time, there's nothing you should worry about because mSpy application will keep all fetched logs until it gets connected to our system. It means that none of fetched data will be lost! Please contact our Live Support in case you've had some other particular issues with the application.

Like several other reviews that I read I am very unhappy with mspy! With no warning I have lost all call recordings and surround recordings that I had over the last several months. They deleted this feature with NO warning to their customers so that we could at least back up what we needed to. Now I am with out recordings that were important. Their explanation is as follows:

Mspy appears to be dropping incoming text messages, not logging every text message sent, and its geolocate is awful. It seems to only work when it feels like it. Im going to try another service. Oh and My Bank's fraud unit called me about buying this service because their records show the site had been jacked.

MSpy application is able to fetch text messages only in case they were kept on the target device for at least 2 minutes. This is required since mSpy scans the target device every minute and checks whether sensors have any updates. Unfortunately, in case the text message was deleted just right after received / sent, there is a big chance that it will not be fetched. Geo Fencing feature depends on the accuracy of Location Services on the target device so there is no way that mSpy can have an impact on it. In case location was tracked not accurately (for example by using Cell ID determination method) the mentioned feature will react according to the fetched Locations data.

We bought two premium accounts costing us 400 dollars in total only to find out that the recording calls application was canceled without any alerts that this was going to happen so all our recorded calls were gone and we would not get a refund and i am frurious that i spent hard earned money over this product and i would not get my money back i would not reccomend this product to anyone stay away from this any review giving it a rating higher than 3 stars is a liar.
So today I find out that without telling customers, mSpy has done away with call recordings and surroundings recordings.
I was STUPID enough to pay for a full year of monitoring and after not even three months of service, they do this. And all they offered in return for this was to extend my contract for a month or two?!
I will go everywhere I can to warn people about this company. The refund policies don't address this issue of the customer's rights regarding the suspension of major services and it was made very clear to me on the phone we are S. O. L. When it comes to mSpy.
I don't care they were involved in a lawsuit - just like they don't care they've taken a lot of your hard-earned money and not held up their end of the agreement. What's next to go?

Mspy is average. 3 features work and are fully functional. He first one is, you can see a call log of all incoming and outgoing phone calls on the target phone. Second, you can also read all text messages that come in and out of the phone. And third, you an see the Internet browsing history.
I called tech support because blocked numbers on the target phone were basically going state to voicemail. That is not a blocked call. The rep, then clarified that mspy only restricts calls. That does not guarantee that your children are safe or the you are protecting them. Kids leave voicemails for each other. Those you cannot hear. Next feature that doesn't work is, call recording. Mspy says they do it, but the files don't download. When I called tech support, they informed me that call and environment recording is down. Ok... so... why did I pay for it? Also, GPS locator does not work. My map always shows my own location, but never the target phones.

Please be informed that this is the way in which Restrict Incoming Calls feature works. When the phone number to be restricted is entered in your Control Panel and the command is applied, the target device will simply not get incoming calls. The caller should hear a busy line and the call should not be transferred automatically to voicemail. It is possible that the carrier's settings work in such way that the busy line is automatically transferred to voicemail. By this time there is no way to block a phone number completely and prevent any activities with it.
Since the focus of our work has always been the quality of the proposed services, we have disabled the recording functions. Currently it is not technically possible to make the recordings feaures run correctly on the presently available range of different devices. Please be also informed that we have recently added new options without price change: SnapChat and Geo Fencing. At this time we do not support call recordings and surrounding recordings. The price for mSpy subscription remains the same.
Please be informed as well that the Location feature (as well as all other features) determines the position of the target device only in case the application is installed on the phone you want to monitor (not on your personal phone). Once installed, mSpy should receive all permissions of the device in order to get the location. Please provide us with your Customer ID so we could investigate on your case thoroughly.

Father looking to keep tabs on my son. Purchased it only to find out that I have to Jailbreak my sons Iphone. My mistake for not seeing the small print disclaimer on the bottom of the on the second page. Discovered my "mistake" within 30 seconds of purchasing and tried to get a refund via their 800 number. They said I would have to request the refund in writing, which I did. Two day later they responded with a surprising "NO". Luckily I used my Am Ex and disputed it the minute I got off the phone the first day.
Mspy was nice enough to offer their software to me at a 40% discount after my email to them voicing my displeasure. "no refund, but we will offer you a discount on something you will never use". What a deal!
I have received two more emails asking for payment since my Am Ex stopped the payment. Right... let me get right on that.
If they are not hiding anything (excuse the pun) then print the fact about Jailbreaking on the front page and not the bottom of the order page.
Out of 577 whatsapp messages over 36 hours exactly 10 (TEN) were logged. That is 1.73%. I was fed the BULLSH! T line that I have to give it more time (how much really?), poorinternet connection (wifi and 3G+) etc.
The software is RUBBISH!
I regreted so much that I attempted twice to use mspy since it failed me once in my first subscription. The software doesn't update its data accurately nor does it regularly. After using it for a day, the system is disconnected from my target device. When I emailed for solution, I was advised to reinstall the software. What the hell, how could I get the phone back for hours to reinstall as I had given it out as a gift to my bf. Mspy rejected my request of refund because I had my first subscription refunded. Well, none of them have ever worked to be honest.
Instead, I have tried Flexispy, its not perfect but pretty reliable.
Mspy is rubbish and a waste of my time and money.
I used mspy for 6 months. On one of my phones. In the first 6 months the phone bill was $5,600.00 0ver 200 gbs of information. Unless you have a unlimited internet plan I would not recommend its use.
This program is easy to uninstall, easy trace more if the phone is rooted. If there is an update it stops working, They don't do refunds even within the 10 day period. If the person you want to track knows how to go to apps manager BOOM uninstall. I recommend to only buy it for a month and see if the person you want to track doesn't realize it. At least you won't loose as much money. BECAUSE THEY WON'T DO REFUNDS.
