I was concerned about shopping for the website after reading sketchy reviews but for me my experience was fine. I wasn't given a confirmation email right away so I called customer service and they were able to resend me the email. I ordered two swimsuits the we're in perfect conditions. I would recommend.
I haven't received my order. So I'm not sure about being satisfied. Using their website was fine. Haven't received a ship notification, so I'm assuming my order hasn't been processed and shipped.
Product is cheap looking and not of great quality definitely not what I expected when I saw the picture.
I waited for about a week for it, which isn't bad at all. I ordered a medium but I got a large instead which worked out perfectly because it actually fit really well. I was scared that the medium wouldn't have fit me. The quality is really nice, and the padding for the bikini top is very strong. Overall, I'd say it was a great experience.
I made a purchase on 6/2 and didn't get a shipping notification until 6/11! Way too long. I can't make a review on the product since I haven't even received it yet

8 business days after ordering and the order is still processing. Had i paid 68 dollars for overnight shipment order will still be processing sp pay 68 dollars for?. Very unsatiafied.
I hate this website. They took 15 days to ship out my sandals. When I called the same girl who answers every single time told me that they didn't even have them in stock, that they're back ordered. I told her to cancel my order and she said, "okay I'll go right on and cancel it for you" but instead of refunding me my money, she shipped them anyways 15 DAYS LATER. This website is a huge scam the customer servicing is disgusting. The same girl who's name starts with an A is the one always answering the phone, I found that Sus because if it's a legit business their would be different representatives answering the phone, not just one. I looked on the bright side of things and despite the negative feedback I saw from all of you I still went along with it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL REGRET IT THE SAME WAY THAT I DID. Also, the sandals don't even fit, but sense I've read horrible reviews on how people have to pay return shipping and that they never refund you your money I'm giving them away to a friend. I'm done with lolicotoure, NEVER AGAIN.

This was my first time shopping there and my shoes was nice. I'm only giving four stars because I missing a pair of shoes and I guess it will be reshipped or refunded. I had check my email but I'm sure it nothing to worry about but I was suppose to get free lipgloss gloss for signing up with email after purchase and didnt... I even email them STILLS no response.
My order came very quickly and the dress is made exactly the way the picture is! The only thing I don't like is that the material is thin. You will have to buy a slim fitting slip to wear under it.
I ordered my swimsuit on June 1,2016 and received it on June 9th. My size is a 28 1/2 waist and 39 in hips so I got a medium. I love it and it looks just like how I expected. I will order from them again.
Still have yet to even receive a tracking number; still no package has arrived. Your support said and I quote ", ay you provide us with the order number." Which I cannot even begin to express how terrible that is. The order has JUST started being processed and it was placed 9 days ago. Please fix this broken system.
Not only did shipping cost a fortune, but my purchase took 9 days to get to me, and after trying to reach customer service to see what was going on with my order, there was no response from them. Love the products but very dissatisfied with the shipping process and the lack of customer service.
I ordered a long sleeve knit cardigan and was not happy with what I got. I ordered a medium cause I like it a big but this just looked stretched out and wasn't as thick as I thought so my tattoos are very visible so I can wear it to work. Still a good little over throw when I'm home or going to the store. Want to order one or two more things just to see if it's the knit look in general that I'm not crazy about.

I saw some amazing sandals and ordered them over a week ago. I was never updated on where my package was at and being shpped to. I only recieved my order number when I purchased them online. All I have to say is, what ever you purchased with Lollicouture I hope you dont plan on wearing it until 2 weeks later.
I brought a dress once and it was cute, nice fabric... then I ordered multiple dresses and NONE of them look as pictured online... the design on these dresses look like something of out the hair store... I requested a refund and they declined it within a day and put my case as resolved... And speaking to someone on the phone is a waste of time she rushes you off the phone!
