I ordered a cocktail dress from Tuckernuck for a work Christmas party. I paid for expedited delivery to be sure it arrived in time. It arrived in time, however, they managed to send me the wrong dress. A hideous dress arrived.I then spent 45 minutes on hold and my call was never answered. Someone finally answered me using the chat feature. Even this took almost an hour. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. It has yet to be resolved and you can be sure I will be reluctant to use this company again.

I was really surprised by the lack of quality of the dresses I received. I bought them thinking they'd have some quality fabric and cut given the cost. They're equivalent to something you'd get at much much cheaper stores/sites. Really disappointed.

I needed a couple of special dressing to wear to my husband's Christmas parties. Tuckenuck came though, again, providing me with the perfect outfits! Love the quality of their products, their unique and flattering style, and their reasonable prices. Thank you, looking forward to finding my new Valentine's Day outfit!

I purchased a top on final sale, and was very disappointed in the fabric, and the fit. I explained to the service rep, that as an older person, I am having trouble fitting into Tuckernuck. I greatly appreciated that she and her Team went above duty to refund my purchase.

Dress came in a timely fashion and is lovely but it runs small according to the chart.
Sure do wish you provided other dresses in larger size. They would sell!
Also I thought that for the price, there would have been nicer packaging.

Ordered 2 beautiful dresses and although they didn't fit (ran small), they were designer quality. Unfortunately, I had to return, no questions asked, refund was timely. That's not always the case these days! Will definitely continue to shop here.

Luckily this dress came back into stock just in time for a funeral, with long sleeves, easy style and Pearl wrist buttons it was perfect with black suede boots on a very cold day.
The other dress I ordered was super cute but way too short - wish they made tall sizes!

I was looking for a few fun, flirty, preppy dresses that could go from errands to beach to cocktails! So many options - ordering was easy and standard shipping arrived within 5 days! Will order again!

Expect that whatever you order while expensive, will have every bit of quality currently lacking in all other womens clothing brands right now. Everything is beautifully stitched, detail is given to every small button, cuff and seam.

Everything old is new again. I believe quality designers look to the Sixties! Delighted to have found this company! Very classy A-lines dresses, high flattering-to-face-collars, youthful lengths, nice fabrics, all modernized for today yet with a great nod to the past. Audrey Hepburn-ish…what's not to like?!

I really appreciate the variety of items you carry. The clothing are top quality and a good price range for most any budget. Sales seem to be run through out the year with season ending items nicely marked down

Easy online shopping experience, more details in the measurements for us taller girls would be great! Targeted ads got me and I am more than happy with my new dress. Will probably come back for more very soon!

Love my clothes. They run true to size and I have received compliments walking down the street in Charleston last Saturday from perfect strangers on my dress! The blouse has brought numerous complements too!
Unfortunately my black eyelet top tore when a kitchen cabinet pull got caught in the eyelet. I hope it can be mended.

My go to place to find item for casual events and everyday. Their staple pieces are always on point. However, time to time I'll receive a piece, that must have snuck past the buyers. Recently, the Quilted Funnel Pullover. Perfect look, but terrible fit. Still, it's the price of the convenience of having clothes delivered to your door.

I've fallen in love with the site and the clothes. Some dresses are better quality and fit than others, but the return process is so easy, it's not a problem to return those items that don't quite meet my expectations.

Great items available, but sometimes much higher priced than other websites for the same item. The website is also brutally slow and tends to double triple quadruple items in my cart that I then have to go through and delete…slowly..

One of most favorite retail venues to shop at. The apparel always stands out and I always get compliments and the "where did you get that!?" I also adore the fact that their are some very reasonable priced items that even me, someone who is on a tight budget but wants to look classic with a little "sass", can afford.

Love the styles/designs for women's clothes but feel it's overpriced for what it is. One dress I bought shrunk after following the exact cleaning instructions on the label and is now too short to wear, which is really disappointing for how much it cost. Also feel like a $2-300 dress could be shipped in nicer packaging than something I would buy from Target.
