Very disappointed in quality of a 6 month+ old $275 shoe & Customer service response was normal wear and nothing they could (or would do). Their solution was a 10% discount on a future order- Insulting! They hand out 10% discounts all the time on anything in your cart for you to place the order I have several clothing items from them and have been very happy with the quality. This is my only issue with an item and I as disappointed as I am in the shoe quality, I am more disappointed in their customer service. I will struggle to do business with them in future. They are definitely not customer focused.
