For the second time I was not able to Start a Return on the web site due to software problems. The customer Service phone number answers by saying that they cannot get to your call and gives you an email address for your concern. The site has no problem when you are ordering but to process returns, which are part of shopping unknown fit and styles, is impossible. BTW I also tried the chat but it also told me to call or email. Very frustrating.
Clothing was exactly as described. Perfect fit to size. Had one return... not because I did not love the loafers... my foot was too wide. Beautiful shoe... sorry to send them back. No issue with return... easy process.
This is a very traditional, classy, elegant dress. I am an XS-0 and ordered an XS. The material is on the heavier side which keeps it from hanging on a petite frame. It is comfortable. I had no problems with ordering( except it was out of stock for awhile), shipping or delivery. I can't wait to wear it. The pearl buttons are a nice accent. Would love this in navy!
I purchased this jacket recently and wished other colors were available because I'd have a million of these in my closet! The fit, the softness and especially the warmth of this pullover, I have not been able to take it off! I've had others like this from other "sports" venues, but this is overall the best pullover I have ever gotten. Do not hesitate, if they are still in stock, you will not be disappointed. I bought a small and it falls at my hips (not a long pullover), which I like the shorter ones. Perfect!
The dress was adorable overall but after one wearing--to work, so nothing stressful--the hem completely fell down--the stitching unravelled, and that's when I noticed the 'thread' was just plastic. If I'm paying over $120.00 for a dress, I would want the hem to stay stitched for a while... as in a few years. It arrived quickly though, so good in that respect and fit well. But as for lasting quality, not so much.
I've bought two dresses so far in two different orders and neither was the right style and fit for me. Many of the dresses I would have liked to try were already out of my size. I'll try again next season.
I have purchased several store brand pieces and although they look great on the model they have been disappointing either because of the sizing (usually too big), cut or fabric. Some of the jackets were very heavy.
I was really surprised by the lack of quality of the dresses I received. I bought them thinking they'd have some quality fabric and cut given the cost. They're equivalent to something you'd get at much much cheaper stores/sites. Really disappointed.
My purchase took 12 days to receive. When it finally arrived, the quality was not great, so I sent it back and that took 3 weeks. My credit went back to a card that I do not own. Customer service has been useless!
Returned 3 items from Tuckernuck, Nov 2nd to Staples where I was directed by Tuckernuck to take them for express return. Not much of an Express return process-Still haven't received refund. Called to see why there was such a delay, held 20 minutes to speak with someone. The select 1 options. To do "chat option" for shorter wait wasn't working. I was told the holiday was the refund delay-returned them Nov 2, plenty in advance of holiday. I was then told it was because I used Staples-that was the only option I was provided. I'm told refund will be this week? Can buy clothes elsewhere where they don't hold my money for a month if I need to return.
I'm really disappointed in Tuckernuck's customer service these days. In the past they were very accommodating, but now their customer service hours are extremely limited (9-5), their Live Chat function NEVER works, and they take up to 48 hours to answer emails. Equally frustrating is the fact that they won't process even exchanges, so you must sit with two charges on your credit card for WEEKS after placing your original order. They received my return days ago and refuse to credit it even though I returned it the same day I received it. To their credit, my order did arrive relatively quickly after placing it, and their prices are good.
Sent me someone else's item (they included that persons personal information) and then refused to send me the correct one until I sent pic. Told them I was traveling and needed the correct item sent asap. Refused. No bueno
I returned some of my order on 8/22 it has been sitting at ups since 8/26 as en route for delivery. I have contacted customer service and received a non responsive robot reply. I responded to it on Monday 8/29 haven't had a response. In comparison I had a return to Bloomingdale's the same day and have already received a credit for the return. As an online retailer with no brick and mortar store in Florida you would think your return system would be top notch. Sadly it isn't. Like your products but poor customer service makes me not want to purchase here.
Let me say - I LOVE this dress. I feel super confident when I wear it and it gets tons of compliments. However, the fabric is showing pilling on the left hip after just two or three wears. I did not run it through the washing machine. It's just from wearing. It's tricky because the fabric gives such good drape and I would like one in another color but for $128, the fabric should hold up a little better.
Great items available, but sometimes much higher priced than other websites for the same item. The website is also brutally slow and tends to double triple quadruple items in my cart that I then have to go through and delete…slowly..
Most items I ordered came wrinkled (understandingly) but then I realized the instructions said "no ironing". I tried steaming garment and it was only ok. This information needs to be put in the advertising/clothing description for the pieces of clothing.
Always nice quality but I still Stand firm on how I feel About the prices. I would buy so much more if the price is for just a tiny bit lower. I wish companies would take the time to do the math and figure out how hard it is for a single woman who still wants to dress fashionably to afford clothes. A lady grossing 60,000 a year (which is the above minimum in my state) has a really hard time spending $150+ on one piece of clothing. Please consider this.
Sent the item back over a week and 4 days ago by usps & have heard nothing. Not even an email of receiving it. Communication is lacking in this area. I only have 30 days to return & hope this isn't a scam to keep my money.
The dress is super cute, but it's enormous (size XS). I'm 5'1 and 4 months pregnant and still swimming in it. Also, just a heads up - they don't include return label in the package and you only have 30 days to return.
When completing checkout I logged into my account and had items added to my cart. Therefore, instead of the 4-5 items I wanted, I am being sent 17. I asked customer service to adjust this within minutes and there is nothing they can do. I don't mind receiving all 17 but it seems inefficient from a shipping/returns perspective to not be able to adjust this order well before it ships and within 15 minutes of completion. I know 12 items are immediately going back to you because of the duplicates.
