They have a great selection of just about everything a girl wants. You might want to pay extra for expedited shipping though as it took over two weeks to get my items.

Ordered a small suit and it was HUGE! Tags were cut out of inside and no size indicated on the suit anywhere. Phone line was busy so can't seem to get resolved :(
I was very happy with the shoes I ordered. The prices were more than exceptional. It was a little deceiving that the clearance prices don't benefit from the free shipping on orders over $50. It was also unfortunate that a lot of the shoes I really liked were no longer available in my size. Otherwise, I really liked the shoes and prices. Will definitely order more another time.

I was skeptical ordering from here because of the reviews i read, but i figured what the heck im only spending $20 for an entire swimsuit. After placing my order i got a confirmation email set to the email i made the order with and also sent to email connected to my paypal. About a week after i still hadnt heard anyting from this company on either emails about my purchase being shipped or even processed. I emailed them and they responded three days later saying that my order would be shipped in two days, without even asking for any details such as my transaction number or anything like that. Two days after this email and i still havent received any kind of tracking number. Im sure the company is a little sketchy, especially after seeing how much they charge for faster shipping! But the swimsuit i ordered was very cute and cheap so just praying i get it and it fits!
When I placed my order I got a confirmation email that said they would send another email when my items shipped. I placed my order on June 3rd and it's now the 15th and I haven't heard anything from them. Its been 12 days and I would kinda like to know if I'm going to get my items any time soon.
The site was easy to use and it had a wide selection. My products arrived on time and in good condition. Customer service was also polite!
My daughter needed these suits before a 6 week trip, they arrived in time & they fit her really good. I am very pleased and would purchase from them again.
These people messed up my order TWICE. First they send me the wrong dress and told me I or Amazon, who I ordered through, was responsible for the shipping costs to return it- which is ridiculous. Amazon does not do returns for 3rd party sellers and why in the wold should I have to pay shipping for their mistake? Even to get this information from this took several emails and waiting on hold for forever to speak to a rep who was no help at all. Then they posted that my second item was delivered when I NEVER got it. It was only after I put in a claim through Amazon that AMAZON REFUNDED me, not this useless seller. Stay away from them. They are not worth your money.

Placed an order on June 5th, didn't receive an email confirmation. Logged in to my account and there wasnt an oder for me. Called customer service, was kept on hold for 22 minutes. The rep wasn't empathetic for waiting so long. Kept blaming me for entering my email incorrectly, which wasn't true. I have previous and post order emails from this website. Will never use this site EVER!. Too bad cause I have a teenager that l9ves your shoes... P, S,. Your s/h rates are extremely high..
The shopping part was fine even though they would change the place of the clothes so if you wanted to go back you would have to look for it all over again. I chose 2 day air and paid an absurd amount of money and my package has not arrived and its been a week. DON'T WAIST MONEY ON EARLIER SHIPPING!
Purchased a t shirt and received something that looks like a nightgown which goes to floor. They are making the exchange difficult. I was told to request a number for the purpose of making the exchange. First I was told to request it on their website but customer representative could not explain how to do this. It was then suggested that I send an email and it has not been responded to. I had to take a picture of what was sent and a picture of letter included so they could see by the initialed top of letter who made the mistake. Will never use Lollicouture again. I would give them a zero but not an option.
I ordered a dress on May 31 it is June 13th and the order status still shows processing. You wait on the phone forever before a representative takes your call. Not a good place to shop if you need your item ASAP.
I was not clearly made aware of how long the order would take to process and ship- I am sure it says it somewhere on the site but it was not noticeable enough for me to acknowledge. I never received any confirmation email- I called and they said they would send another one- NEVER got that either. Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.

Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
