I have still been waiting on my item to be ship. Two weeks and still have not been ship and I order them for my birthday July 3rd
Their site says the item will ship same or next day. Over 3 weeks later and my order is still not fulfilled! If something is on backorder their site should tell you that before you order it. I ordered 2 items. I received my first item 3 weeks after ordered. Their was a note in my package that said if all of my items were not included to "please be patient." Seriously? 3 weeks is plenty patient!
The sizing chart was completely wrong. I reordered for a larger size and the tops came back smaller than the ones I ordered as Mediums! I am so upset that I paid twice for a swimsuit I can't even fit!
I ordered my swimsuit over 3 weeks ago, in hopes to receive it in time for my vacation tomorrow. Unfortunately, my swimsuit just SHIPPED yesterday. I thought three weeks to a month would be enough time for my swimsuit to ship and arrive. I was never informed that the order was possibly back ordered or limited quantity, so I'm not so sure why it took 3+ weeks to simply ship my order. Guess I should have splurged the ridiculous $60 on 2 day shipping. Long story short, I'll be sticking to Amazon from here on out!
I have not yet received my order & I have emailed twice with no response. I dj t think I will be buying off this website again

Very disappointed in how long my items have took to even make out of processing. I've ordered my items over 6 business days ago and still haven't received a tracking email. And the worse thing is, is that I'm located less than 5 miles from your location.
Ordered some cute shoes and corset, and dress for wife's birthday. Didn't find out till I opened the box that the corset and dress were on back order. Showed her the picture on her birthday (lame) since I couldn't actually give them to her. She said they wouldn't fit.
I called several times, got busy signal, then put on auto hold for 12 minutes. Finally got a person and she said that she might not be able to cancel this back order. Then I said they don't accept returns for corsets and was put on hold without being told so. A few minutes later told I should see somthing on my account in a few days.
I tried to order somthing else on website. It said there was a sale and to enter the code for the discount, but the ordering process never asked for it. Also the size chart isn't very helpful on dress or corset sizes at all. I probably won't shop here again.
Ordered a swimsuit on June 10th for an event did not realize it takes almost 2 weeks for it to be shipped and as of today June 18th it still has not been shipped will not order anything again shipping takes too long...
I ordered two swimming suits with them weeks ago. I received an order number when the order was placed and was charged with PayPal. I reached out to them on their website to see if they could explain what was going on with my package but they NEVER responded. I'm super mad! Do not purchase with this site!
Will definitely shop at lollicouture again. The sandal that I purchased look exactly what I expected it to be. Look very classy and nice
I bought a bathing suit for my daughter, when it came in we could tell just by looking at the top that is was entirely too small. I called customer service and they said that they cannot do exchanges or refunds on bathing suits. She never even tried it on! Nowhere on the site said that swimwear was not eligible for exchanges! The customer service representative was completely rude about it.So now I'm out the money I paid for the swimsuit, shipping/handling charges, and my daughter cannot even use the swimsuit.Do not buy from this site!
Love my swim wear. Very modest and fashionable. I cant wait to go swimming with my friends and show off my cute swimsuits.
Customer service is so poor and the business is fraudulent. Took my money never delivered sent a fact tracking that says it has no record of an item. Dos nothing to rectify so dispute was made via PayPal
Fraudulent store, fracking tracking that doesn't show were package is and rude customer service. Doesn't ship packages nor assist customers.
