Still waiting for my order of 6/15 and its now 6/27. Contacted Customer Service to get a tracking number to find out where it is, was given a tracking number for someone elses order. Emailed them regarding this and still waiting to hear back.

I have no words to describe how comfortable I'm feeling that I have found a company I can trust, I used to buy from Moddeals, but unfortunately since they went out of business I was having difficulties to find a place to buy online...

Pretty great came on time my only issues were my shoes are too small
I always buy shoes from this site and usually never have a problem until now when I received my orders Thursday and I didn't appreciate that 5 pairs out of the 8 I ordered did not come in shoe boxes but in bags and I keep all my shoes in the boxes they come in to make sure they stay in good condition
The dress I bought is not like the picture I bought black it's more like a off black looks dingy
It was very good. I got my order in the time I was expecting it to arrive. It was exactly what I ordered. I'm very satisfied. I will be referring to my friends and I'll be a returning customer. Thanks for everything
Never received my swimsuit. Never received emails back. Never received anything but a charge. Will never buy again.
This company doesn't make their process very clear I ordered bathing suits and express shipping it said allow 3-4days for processing its been 2wks still haven't received my order i have to call them just to know what is going on and they tell me the same thing I already know but no explanation for why my package hasn't arrived
Your order will be "processing" for over than a week and you will never receive a tracking/shipment email. It is almost impossible to get in contact with their customer service, they do not respond to emails and their phone lines are always busy. If you do get them on the phone, representative will lie to you! They will tell you your order has shipped when it hasn't, or they'll tell you you'll get a refund and you won't. I even had the third person I spoke with admit that the other two lied!
Don't waste your time ordering from this scam site.
I placed an order. The item was too small. I tried requesting a return label or RMA number. Still no response from the company. Disappointed to have to keep an item I can't use. They make it difficult to even get an RMA number
When I made my order, the item I had chosen had an item number that, according to their shipping info, required an extra 3-4 days of processing to ship. Okay, sure, no problem. It's not terribly obvious that's going to be the case and I honestly found that information by accident (it's probably more helpful that have that actually on the product page?), but that's fine. I had ordered it on a Sunday night, so including their normal 1 day processing, it should have shipped on Thursday or Friday. And that would still have it here in time for the event I needed it for. Monday rolls around, still nothing. At the very end of the day I called their customer service, who said they showed it as "still in processing", but that "it looks like it'll be ready to ship tomorrow, so it should ship by the end of the week." What? You just going to keep it around for decor for a while after it's ready? The item finally shipped on business day 9, which of course was too late for when I needed it. I'd tell you about the quality of the product, but since it isn't here yet and my plane leaves in a few hours, I won't know for another 2 weeks. If you've got a lot of time before you need an item, sure go ahead and order from them. If you've got any kind of deadline, don't bother.
Ordered a two piece swimsuit size large for my 12 year old.
The suit would fit a 6 year old!
I love my shoes but if ordered one in the wrong size since it was my fault I can't exchange it for the right size due to the policy. I was hoping to wear them at the all white party July 9 they are super cute but I'll have to give away as a present to someone else. The other shoe fits perfectly. You never know with online orders... Smile I'll still order from the company they have wonderful selection of shoes. Satisfied first time order.
It did not look like what was advertised in the pictures. The color is different and also the top looks different. The size is large but it is too small and we can't send it back since its a bathing suit.
