I purchased 4 different swimsuits all in size XL as their size chart suggested for an American size 12-14. First of all, I was shorted one swimsuit. Second the free gift was supposed to be a simple push lip gloss but was some purple monstrosity. And finally, NONE OF THE SWIMSUITS FIT. Im not an overly vain person. Im a larger woman and I dress for my body. Seeing as online shopping can be tricky, i always order multiple items from different designers. I have never had an order where nothing fit. Despite what the size chart says, it's all European sizes. When I contacted them in regards to this, all i got back was the standard robotic response, " all sales on swimwear are finale". Be that as it may, i wasn't intending they take them back and resale them. I wanted answers. I even had my friend who is a size 9 come to try them on to see if she would like them but could not even get them past her hips. Customer service responded back again and said the designers can send wrong sizes. When I asked why they would KNOWINGLY SELL FALSELY LABELED ITEMS, i never heard back. So to sum up. Its a great store if you divide the sizes in half and hope extra hard that you get all of your items. THIEVES and CHARLATANS.
My order was placed on hold, when I called they wanted a copy of my debit card and ID. They said they would not refund my order. I never even received it. When I called back several times the phone just rang and went to voicemail, they wouldn't answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I never received the swimsuit. The shipping costs as much as the swimsuit and i expected it within a couple weeks, yet 3 months later, still no swimsuit. Very very very disappointed, to say in the least...
I love my new shoes from Lollcouture! I recently ordered 5 pairs of shoes from Lolli and love every pair. My shoes looked exactly like the photos and there was no damage. I must say i was skeptical to order from them due to the low prices and was afraid that it was to good to be true. I am happy to say I received all of my Items and will be ordering more!
Right after placing an order we realized we made a mistake that we needed to correct, which took days to get straightened out. It's difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone. Then our item took forever to arrive. When we tried to return the item, we filled out the proper online form and never heard back from them. Then later when I contacted them again about the return, they said too much time had passed since we placed the order... We will never order from this site again.
I ordered three swimsuits, only received two and one out of the two was not the swimsuit I originally ordered. Call customer service, they refuse to spend me the correct swimsuit! I also asked for a refund of the swimsuit I ordered that I never received. I never received a refund. This site is a scam don't waste your money.
I ordered four pair of shoes from this company and only received 3. The invoice stated that I would receive a refund for the pair I did not receive. I received a confirmation stating that not only did they not give me the refund for the pair of shoes they credited the wrong account! I have yet to receive a credit and strongly advise consumers to not do business with this company. If they can erroneously credit the wrong account they can erroneously charge the wrong account as well.

I ordered a bunch of items for an upcoming all girls trip to the Essence Festival in New Orleans.
My order came in 3 shipments, with the packing slip in the final shipment stating that one of my items was out of stock and I was refunded.
5/31/16 - original order placed
7/26 - emailed Lolli after waiting weeks for the refund to appear and it didn't. Also called but phone # is constantly busy.
7/26 - received the following response "Dear customer, I have submitted the refund request. The refunds are issued over the weekend, and you should receive an email stating the refund. Thank you "
8/2 - emailed that I still hadn't received an email about the refund or the actual refund. Also called but phone # is constantly busy.
8/16 - sent the same email as last time and called phone number on order email. Also called but phone # is constantly busy.
To date I still have not received my refund and I've now placed this dispute in the hands of my credit card company.
Would've loved to give a great review as I am happy with the items I received, but this refund process has turned me off entirely. I will not be referring or ordering from here again

"I ordered a bathing suit from this company and everything was fine. They emailed me a comfirmation with my order number, receipt, and an email/phone number to call with questions or concerns. In this email it also says that they'll email me again when my order ships with a tracking number so that I can track my bathing suit. Funny thing is a never got that email. It's been 2 weeks and still no email. I called that phone number they gave me and it's conveniently busy ALL DAY LONG. Not even like an automated voice message system... it's the old school beeps you hear when your friend from elementary school was on the line with their grandma when you tried to call. I then tried to email the email they gave me. Again to no surprise, I didn't get a response (at least not yet). I've been waiting for this bathing suit and I'm pissed because the summer is mostly over. I can't even try and get a refund because I can't get ahold of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Like seriously..."
I made my purchase, expecting to be disappointed after all the horrible reviews I read. But i received my package within 18 business days, 4 days to process and finally confirm my order and 14 days till package arrived. I was ok with that. Glad to have my package. Items were ok, some cheaply made. Sadly two items weren't in the package but a refund was promised. It's been over a month, I've contacted them 3 times only via email because I could never get through to their customer service line ( Constantly a busy signal, which are no sense), anyway still no refund! Very disappointed in that because they have now lost me as a customer!
Don't order from Lollicouture. It's a boondoggle. You cannot return anything without emailing the company for a special number to put on your pkg, and then they make it impossible, not responding to emails, no one answers the phone. Now they are refusing to "grant" me a return. After 15 minutes in the call queue, I finally got someone on the phone and asked for a supervisor's name and they refused to name anyone. There's no recourse. Shop somewhere else.
Hi I need my money back. My experience with this company was terrible. I never received my order and when my bill came yesterday I was charged for the items I never received.
I ordered a swim suit and they sent one that did not match the picture. I have since emailed their support address 2 times looking for some type of response regarding how to return the item, but no one has responded. I have called the only phone number I can find on their website (probably about 10 times), and every time I call I get a busy signal. I would not do business with this company - something is wrong here.
I've seen quite a few bad review for lolli couture so I was pretty unsure of what I would get, but on July 2nd I ordered 7 pairs of shoes! Each of them resembled the pictures I saw and they were true to size they actually got here today! Which is pretty great for standard shipping! I would recommend to everyone! And I will be ordering from here again
I wear a size 11W. Sometimes nice affordable shoes do not carry my size or the styles are unattractive. I was very pleased with the selections and the timeliness of the item.
I ordered a swim suit in a size large. This swim suit for more like a small. The customer service is horrible. I was told the manufacturer tags their items incorrectly and there was nothing that could be done. I couldn't even exchange it for a swim suit with the correct size. Awful experience. I will never buy from lollicouture and I would never recommend them.
This was my first experience shopping from Lollicouture site and it was not that bad. After reading many bad reviews about this company I thought for sure I had made a mistake. I purchased one bathing suit and it took 3 days to process which I thought was too long. I never got a confirmation email after placing my order so I called the customer service number and was always able to get in touch with a rep. My bathing suit did ship after 3 days of processing and I received it in 3 business days after that. The bathing suit looks just like the picture and the sizing was right. I'm not sure if I will re order again from this company but for it being my first time shopping with them it was not too bad and I do like the suit.
Ordered 6 pairs of shoes in size 7.
2 pairs came in the wrong size.
3 pairs came without boxes just thrown in bags and squished.
Lip gloss missing from order.
They don't reply to emails, and it's nearly impossible to get a representative on the phone. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They never said some of the shoes would be missing boxes. They will only let me return the two pairs of incorrect shoes if I pay for the return shipping! Ridiculous. I don't trust I would even receive the refund if I spent my time and money shipping the wrong shoes back to them back. Total scam. I hope my story will help protect others from getting scammed by this "company."
Don't buy from here. They will use your card to charge for products they dont have and never send the items your ordered to you.

Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.

Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
