Hello, my name is Heather I live in up state Vermont NEK(The Northeast Kingdom) and recently ordered from LolliCouture. I want to start first by saying I have been raised to show kindness and appreciation to all walks of life no matter how bad of a day your having. You an I have no idea what go's on in peoples lives and sometimes just being patient and kind gos a long way. I LOVE creative fashion with a sexy twist, and when I got a min to shop on line an noticed the great deals on this site I was excited. After placing my order, which happened to be on black Friday this year(2016), I was surfing the net for what ppl were saying about the lollicouture. I did not like a majority of the comments I read. Now I will say I dislike being on the computer for to long, makes me feel ill. Their web site was easy for me to navigate and mabe its because im over $90 grand in dept w/student loans, but I DO read every freaken info tab on anything I am giving my bank acct# to. They are a LEGIT site... People's United bank where I live confirmed that for me. Anyway, the day after I placed the order I had not put my physical address in my order, so they called me and left a msg on my phone to call em back w/physical address. I was unable to call them back, so I wrote an e-mail to them and that very evening they called me and I gave the vibrant young man( who was a sweetheart on the phone)he made me feel cared about and that was nice, and we even chatted about our locations. I have a REAL UPS tracking # and a date of expected arrival(this Friday dec. 9) I paid standard shipping and fully expected things to take a few weeks for the package to get to me. I will let yall know what I think bout the clothing once I get it. It was important to me to write this review on my experience thus far to give other ppl out there a spark of kindness in the darkness of social media. Fingers crossed, good karma!
It is ridiculously hard to contact the company via phone and they don't respond to emails. Their service is poor and they blamed me as a customer for their mistake but later investigated and issued me a refund. I don't think I will do business with them again.
First of all, it's very hard to contact them via all sources. And when you finally get in touch with someone, they are not ver helpful at all. All they can say is that they are sorry but there's nothing they can do. They do not try to remedy the situation even if it is fault on their end. I had placed an order but left several emails for them not to process order until they contact me because it was charging me shipping of $17 when it should be free over $60 and my order totalled $75. No one ever responded to email after 3 days and the order shipped out. I never even received an email regarding my order confirmation, nor the shipping email. The guy tells me that it's already shipped and puts be on hold. Then the call disconnects. I try calling back and phone number is out of area and cannot connect through. They are very frustrating and do not deserve to be in business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOLLICOUTURE AT ALL TO ANYONE! I would rate ZERO if that was an option
I ordered 5 pairs of boots. One pair was not included in the order... Another pair they put a size 10 sticker under the bottom of the shoe and a size 9 inside the shoe. If they were out of my size they should have just omitted the boot and credit mu account. I tried to call them *******878 10 times the line is busy. I tried to email *******@lollicoture. Com they didn't respond! They took my money & didnt send me what I ordered!
First of all, membership to the BBB doesn't mean a damn thing! You PAY for membership into the BBB, it's not something that is given to you for being an upstanding business. Secondly, I am SOOOOOOOOOOO glad I didn't read any of these reviews before ordering from LolliCouture. I placed an order for my Halloween costume on 10/14/16 because I needed it by Friday, 10/28/16 and yes, I was a little worried when they sent me an email on 10/26/16 saying they had just sent it out. I even shot back telling them that I knew it would now arrive in time and that I would be mailing it back to them the following week but low and behold, I was "beyond happy" when I got my package on the 28th. They had actually mailed it 2-day priority. I will be ordering from them again and anyway, I always pay for anything I order online through my American Express, so big deal if the site sucks... my credit card is always these to back me up.
I read some of the reviews and you all must be on the wrong site. I have been ordering clothes and shoes from this online boutique for 3 years and have never had a problem. Even the one time I ordered something and paid for it and the company informed me that they were out of that particular item. They refunded me my money asap! I love this boutique and their customer service. I don't know what site yall been on.
This company is a shameful and horrible company. Not legitimate and I see now that they are not BBB accredited. I ordered two items of clothing from this company, after i did not receive after 3.5 weeks I finally emailed them. It wasn't until I opened a dispute with paypal that they decided to ship the one half of my order. Most likely hoping I would just forget about it. 2 months later, I still do not have half of my order or a refund for the other part of my order. This is theft. I am speaking to a lawyer, this business should be shut down for it's reprehensible practices. The one item I received from them wasn't even as described and was something a 6 year old could not even fit, with hanging threads and a rip.
I ordered a swimsuit which was listed as an adult but it was a child's size. I returned it and had to pay postage of course. After 3 months they sent me a "store credit" which cannot be used on any sale item. I finally found something but then the shipping was $8. They can keep my original amount. This company has very poor customer service and merchandise.
Wow, I was going to buy these cute white boots from them. Thank God I read the reviews, because the boots are so cheap. Thank you everyone for providing good reviews about this company.
This company steals your money! Not only did I pay $35 for next day air, I ALSO never received my items I ordered. I've called about 8 times for the past two months for my reimbursement and each time I call they say that they "processed the reimbursement" an that I will receive it the next day. This never happened. I then called back once more and asked to speak to the manager and they said she was unavailable and that she would call me back. They said the manager, Janet, would reach out to me that day. I then never received a call so I reached out to them the next day. I called several times during the day and they were not picking up the phone. I then finally realized that they noted the number I was calling from and would deliberately not answer my calls. I then called from another number and they answered immediately. Janet the manager was the one that answered and she placed me on hold about 3 times and then went on to tell me the same lies her employees were directed to tell. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank. I've never encountered such horrible customer service in my life!
Negative stars. This company is barely legit, if at all. You WILL get screwed. Don't take the chance. Everybody's experience is the same. There are countless BBB complaints against this racket.
I purchased a clueless costume 3 weeks ago and have not received a tracking number or when the item will be shipped. I have contacted them several times and they just send a generic email and tell me to log onto my account to see the status. When l log onto my account it says l have not ordered any items. Im now disputing through paypal to get my money back. I wish l had read the reviews here before l threw away AUD $80.
Firstly I waited almost 3 weeks to receive these items and secondly I threw away $162.22 to this company, the clothes appear as if they were made by someone who wanted to play a practical joke. There were stitches out of place, they do not fit! I wear a size medium but always buy a size up, the dresses could not fit! They had no hemline and threads were hanging off every where no finish and some of the clothes had no tags. The clothes looks nothing like they have online on the models, so it must mean that they use pics from other sites and have some clueless person try to replicate the design and they didn't even have the good sense to buy a serger. The swimsuits are a fraud! Whoever made them did not cut them properly, did I mentioned that they came unlined? Even the cheapest of materials would look good if they were in the hands of professional designers. These people are thieves, the items that are "back order/special order items" are more complex so it takes the joker a longer time to make. Their business should be shut down! Oh and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered some shoes from Lolli Couture because they have great pictures of the shoes on their site. When I received the order the shoes were not as pictured. Also I ordered a size 8 they sent me a size 7. They scrubbed the original size off but I could still see the print of the original size which was a 7 instead of an 8. I requested a refund which they told me they would give me my money and they did not. They approved the RMA for a refund and when I shipped the shoes back at my expense the said after reviewing the shoes they would not give me a refund but would give me a store credit. They lied, the picture of the shoes did not look like the picture on the website, they changed the shoe size and did not give me a refund.
I purchased 2 shirts on Aug 2nd. I received an email saying the item was shipped on Aug 5th. The tracking number they provided did not work so that was the first red flag. Contacted them via email and was provided a link. According to that link items were to arrive in 7-10 business days. Almost a month later and still no items. I contacted their customer 'support' many times only to be send the link again with no response or respond with a short sentence 'will arrive in 7-10 days'. When I requested a refund as it is pretty clear that I will not be receiving the items they replied back with the shipping link. I don't know if their customer support is not allowed to interact and can only used canned responses but it is the most ridiculous thing I have experienced. I shop online a lot but this is one place I will never shop from. I have complained with the BBB and disputed the charges. If you want a company to be better hit them where it hurts, their wallet. Don't give them your hard earned money only to be given the run around.
I bought two bathing suits from this company a few months ago, never received either of them, nor did I get a refund. They said they couldn't refund me until the package was returned to them, even though the ups tracking said I did not have possession of the package. Horrible customer service, horrible, won't even reply to my emails anymore. I regret giving this company my money. I will never use them again.
I placed an order back in June. One of the items was never shipped due to being back ordered. I requested updates through the website & email for a month. Finally called the customer service number and waited for a long time before getting a very rude representative which claimed to be the only supervisor in the company. After 3 months I still have not received my order or refund.
I was excited to see they carry shoes in my size (women's 11) but when my order arrived I was sent a size 10 with an 11 sticker. To make things worse it looks like someone tried to erase the 10 printed on the shoe and thought no one would notice. So far no response from customer service but at this point I'm just willing to take the loss. Never again!
Horrible scammers! In process of trying to get money back... complete rip-off, took money, never sent anything... blew me off when I tried to contact them, fake contact number and no tracking #... they just kept saying they were waiting for the shipping department to notify them... yeah right, whatever! Thankfully, paid with PayPal, filed a dispute... we'll see what happens!
DO NOT ORDER! This website was absolutely horrible. I ordered two bathing suits, and paid for two day shipping. I did not get them for three weeks. I got no confirmation email, and everytime I called I got a voicemail, then hung up on, or no answer at all. When the bathing suits finally arrived they looked like child sized bathing suits and did not fit at all.

Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.

Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
