Scam

Scam website. Send you things that look completely different than were pictured online. They make you "request" for returns only to make you wait a month for an email refusing the return, stating that they were "clearance" when they were regularly priced items on which a coupon code was used (NOT the same thing as clearance). Save your money, time, and stress... SHOP ELSEWHERE!

This company is a joke! I order something the wrong size and sent it back. They stated they never rec'd it, however, I went to the UPS store and they gave me a print out of my package being rec'd by someone in there company. They keep giving me the run around since February and we are in May. I asked to speak to a manager and the guy transfers me to some lady who supposedly is the manager and once she was done talking to me she stated she would make sure to give it to her SUPERVISOR... now if your a manger aren't you above a supervisor. I knew she was not the manager just the way she was handling my situation... so let see... I am going on 3 mths just to get my refund on boots they lost in there company... wish me luck

I ordered some boots for my sisters wedding, forgot to include my apartment number on the shipping address and they were sent back. The wedding is in 2 weeks and they won't refund my purchase or send me another pair. The lady on the phone constantly interrupted me when I was trying to ask her questions about what we could do to get me the boots without having me to repurchase them, and when I asked to speak with someone else she refused. As a manager for a major retailer, I am extremely disgusted with the way I was spoken to and the fact that she wouldn't even consider what I was asking her. Absolutely terrible service.

Horrible Company

The boots that I purchased were incredibly CHEAP. I tried them on and the floor alone scratched the entire bottom. I tried returning them because they were ugly and not what I was expecting and they accused me of "using" them and denied my return.

DO NOT order from this place! I ordered boots well over a month and a half ago, and after about 3 weeks of never receiving them, I sent an email. They never responded. I sent TWO more emails. No response! So I decide to message them on instagram, where someone actually answers me... and it was so difficult to even get them to help me, because they would just tell me to call customer service or they would say they would check my order and then never did so I had to keep messaging them literally over and over until they finally decided to check my order and they tell me that my package got lost in the mail. The worst part is the person who's helping you barely speaks English so when they send messages, I can barely understand what they wrote me! So they tell me that they can send me another pair of boots but by this time I was so done with them I told them I wanted a refund. They never answered. So I filed a complaint with PayPal and messaged them like 3 times telling them I want a refund and that I filed a complaint on PayPal. They finally answer me telling me they got my complaint and will give me my refund but they have the $#*!in nerve to tell me that if I never received my boots that I should have emailed them. I was like I EMAILED YOU THREE TIMES WITH NO ANSWER! I HAD TO REACH YOU THROUGH $#*!IN INSTAGRAM! Screw this place I will never order from here ever again!

NEVER AGAIN!

I was looking to buy my prom shoes from Lollicouture and found cute gold heels for $15. When I went to purchase them, shipping was $13. This seemed a little much, but I went ahead and purchased them. After promising to be delivered within 24 hours, the shoes were delivered 10 days later. When the shoes came in they weren't gold, they were rose gold and they didn't fit. When I called to ask about returning them, I had to wait for an approval. I was denied an approval to return them without any reason why. Basically anything you purchase from there is final sale even though they say you can return. The customer service was extremely rude and basically hung up on me. I will never purchase anything from them again. I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing from them to rethink because you aren't guaranteed what you get plus there is no assurance you can get a refund. They aren't legitimate and take your money without making sure you are satisfied. NEVER PURCHASE FROM LOLLICOUTURE!

I received a pair of heels and when I tried them on the zipper broke and the shoe was stuck on my foot! I called customer service and she said it was nothing they can do she was rude horrible customer service and I told her I was leaving a bad review she said she don't care about he reviews don't order or waste money or time on this site!

Upon placing this order i paid for 2day shipping which was almost $20 itself, and it didnt ship until over a week later, which was terrible because i was already paying like $30 for the top, and i was purchasing it for an event that was coming up the following weekend. When i talked to customer service they said they have to manufacture the product first upon ordering THEN thats when the 2day shipping applied. The website did not mention that but thwy refused to give me a refund. $50 down the drain for a poor company amd poor customer service.

Liars! Thieves!

I ordered three items the never shipped I never received them. I opened a dispute through PayPal and it was denied after this company provided a tracking number for other items I purchased and received. Such liar! No business ethic just scammers! I am in the process of appealing with PayPal as I have all emails I received from lolicoture along with order numbers and tracking numbers! STAY AWAY!

I wish I could give zero stars to this place. I ordered boots with a 24 hour shopping guarantee and here I am 3 weeks later with no boots. I emailed and actually got an email back with tracking info and the tracking info was fake! Typed it in and it didn't even exist! I emailed them back and it said email couldn't be sent because the email didn't exist! They took my money and never sent me anything at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOLLICOTURE!

Very pleased

I ordered a pair of black over the knee boots from here and I am extremely pleased! I did read all of the negative reviews prior to ordering the boots which made me very hesitant to buy from lollicouture but I took a chance and couldn't be happier with the product. The boots were exactly what I was expecting, size was correct, and they got here just three days after I made the purchase. Plus you can't beat the price!

I ordered a dress in medium. They sent me a small. Contacted them re issue. They had me jumping through hoops to correct their mistake. First no response to email. Then I called the number on the site; it refers you to a different number. Spoke with someone there. Told me they were going to look into it and get back to me. Two days later I called again. They sent me an 'approval number' and instructed me that I had to pay for the postage TO RETURN THE DRESS THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND SENT THE WRONG SIZE! Contacted them again. Was told I need to take pics of the dress with the label to show proof of wrong size. Later got an email saying they were 'sorry for the inconvenience' and would forward to shipping dept. for a return label to be sent to me. 2 WEEKS LATER, NO LABEL, NO COMMUNICATION. Called again. Was told that it was not an approval EVEN THOUGH THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME SAID IT WAS AN APPROVAL! She said that must have been a mistake as they couldn't send a return label for the item, that I would have to PAY TO SHIP IT BACK! I referred her to THEIR RETURN POLICY PAGE that says if they make a mistake, they will take full responsibility and issue a return label. However, she insisted that is not their policy EVEN THOUGH IT IS ON THEIR PAGE! So now I have to pay to return this stupid dress, and they will then decide if they approve my refund (I decided I didn't even want to exchange after going through this nonsense). I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I shop online quite a bit, and usually if something simply doesn't fit, I let it go and not even bother with it, but I've never had a company send me the wrong size and then tell me I had to pay to return it! I told the lady (She claims her name is Susan, but I don't believe it) that I was going to give them terrible reviews and she basically said 'that's fine' so I guess they don't care about retaining or obtaining new customers. BAD BUSINESS, BAD COMPANY, BAD CUSTOMER 'SERVICE'!

Received a pair of boots for Christmas, they did not fit. Contacted them to see if I could receive an exchange since the size that I wanted was available at the time. At first they did not want to give me an exchange because it had been more than 30 days since they were purchased, after a couple emails they finally told me that I could get store credit so that I could repurchase the boots that I wanted. The first email sent was Jan. 18, it is March 30 and i still have not received any form of store credit. They haven't even answered the last two emails that I have sent.

I wore a pair of their boots twice and the heel snapped off. Then I called costumer service and never got an answer and when I emailed them they sent be back a message saying they wouldn't help.

Lolli couture scammed me big time! I order this gorgeous looking sheet crossed back maxi dress and the site said it would ship in 24 hours, almost three weeks went by before it shipped! Then I got it in today and it's not even the same dress I ordered. I will not be a return customer at all. I will discourage anyone wanting to but from them.

Honestly, I'm not sure why this website gets so many negative reviews. I read the reviews right after I had already placed my order and it made me really nervous. If I had read them before I ordered, I probably would've never placed an order. I ordered a pair of knee high boots from them and accidentally ordered a size 8 when I wanted a size 7 1/2. I called customer service the next day and they changed it to a 7 1/2 for me with no problem. I got the boots in today and they are PERFECT! They are everything I expected and more. The only thing stopping me from giving them a 5 star review is the fact that I did have to wait 30 minutes on the line to speak to someone and I was the first caller. However, when I did get someone on the line, they were very kind and solved my problem quickly. I would definitely order again.

Wrong boots

I waited 2 hrs to talk to a rep when he said I had to go on line to send the boots back and had to send pictures of the ones I got. I told him I wasn't going to all that trouble I will never order from them again and you shouldn't either. One of the worse companies ever.

Please DO NOT WASTE any of your time with these people. I ordered a jumpsuit and before the order shipped I sent a request to have the order cancelled, this was because I realized I would not get it time for the event. They replied and said they were not sure they can stop the order... meanwhile it was not charged yet. THAT WAS A LIE! I do not believe any effort was made to cancel my order. I would have kept the item if it was the RIGHT item but it wasn't and with all this I cannot get my money back! They issued me a store credit! I don't want NOTHING from these SCAMMERS!. WASTE of TIME and MONEY!

Terrible service

Worst company to shop from terrible. Long story short I purchased 2 dresses on was shipped which I received ( terrible quality). And the second dress was out of order, I've asked for a refund since 2015 we're in 2016 going to 2017 and still I haven't received a refund of $40.99 (WHITE LACE LONG SLEEVE LOW NECK ZIPPER BACK SHORT PARTY DRESS

Bought shoes and clothes, a pair didn't come with the package, so i emailed them, they refunded the shoes, they also charged shipping on it, i only got half the shipping back, the clothes weren't wearable, the heels you can literally feel the space between the heels and the sole of the shoes, not reccommend
