It was great it just need more explanation on the shipping process for how long it will take to ship out. Other then that everything was good.
I haven't received my order so I can't really rate. Once I get the order, than I can rate.
I was sent shoes that were painted, that looked like the shoes that was pictured online. I wish I could post pictures because I would! I would show you the box and the shoes! Don't order from them!
There wasn't a way to track my package so I never new when my order would arrive.
Its been three weeks probably and my product hasn't even shipped.
The top was nothing like the picture and it was way smaller than it should have been
I'm so in love with it! Great material and very supportive. Couldn't find this item anywhere with the skirt instead of bikini bottom and after much online searching, I found it here for 1/2 the price as other places(that didn't have my size). It shipped really fast as well.
My order was placed on May 26,2016. As of today, June 7,2016, the tracking number for my order only says"Pre-Shipment Info sent to USPS". I did not expect 12 days to pass and order to still not have been given to USPS for shipping.
The website has a lot of cute clothes and products, but I still have not received my order or any tracking information concerning my order. My original purchase date was May 30th.
Paid for 2 day shipping. When calling to check on item I waited on hold for over 30 minutes. When speaking with someone they told me my order would not be here in 2 days, that it would actually take about 7 days. I told her to cancel my order and I'm still receiving emails that my order is shipping when I'm suppose to see my money back into my account by today (June 7th)?
I was never given an expected day of delivery of my items
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes only received 2. No reason as to why until I call 2 days later. I find out my shoes are on backorder. Then they tell me they have no intentions of restocking that particular shoe. So I tell them they owe me shipping and handling fees considering the shipping is based on the weight of the box and I payed for 3 boxes. The customer services reps were very rude and gave smart remarks the entire conversation. They basically gave me the run around until I just gave up. I will NEVER ORDER from here again.
Although, my order took about 3 days to ship or atleast I received an email 3 days later that my order has finally shipped. I loved how fast my order came! I was satisfied and love my maxi dress.
Love these sandals. Great price for cute shoes. The only reason I minused the 5th star is because shipping goes by weight & is expensive. I dont agree w that part but they arrived on time in abt a week. I would order again but im not willing to pay shipping charges in those amounts. Its like paying for another pair of shoes that you dont get. If you dont mind that then its a good place to shop.
On Thursday May 26 I purchased two of the same item online in different sizes for a costume party that was to take place on Saturday May 28. I paid for next day shipping and called LolliCouture directly to make sure the products were in stock and that they could be delivered on Friday. The woman that took my call told me that it was a special order item that they did not keep in stock but that they just so happened to have one of the sizes in stock. I told her to send me that size overnight and to cancel the other size and refund the difference to my card.
On Friday, May 27 when nothing arrived I called back. The same woman answered again and told me they tried to call me back on Thursday May 26 to tell me that they actually didn't have either in stock. I asked them why they didn't leave a voicemail if they called and why didn't they send me an email and she couldn't answer either question. My cellular bill shows no incoming and missed calls from this company so they outright lied to me. When I confronted them with this they hung up on me- TWICE!
They have refused to cancel my order or refund my card. I have had to involve my bank who is now investigating them for fraud and I have turned this matter over the state attorney general to investigate as well. And today, TEN DAYS after I initially ordered and subsequently immediately canceled it because they could not fulfill it in time, they send me an email that they are shipping it out!
This company is run by a bunch of scam artists and liars who will do anything to keep your money. DO NOT do business with this company.

I think the ordering process wasn't bad, but the time to process the order and for it to get the order from the manufacture is a little too long. I think for the people that maybe in a rush won't like this as much because of the long wait for it to even process and to get the order from the manufacture.
They said 5-7 business days, 5/23/16 I ordered my swimsuit, 6/4/16 still no sign of my swimsuit.
It was really easy to order from this site. And i received my order in 7 days. The product was exactly the same thing like in the picture. Do recommend this site 100 percent..
