Part was easy to find. Website was easy to navigate and parts arrive quickly.

Yes I received my order but I myself ordered the wrong item. I needed the different item that's very similar to the one that I placed an order. My problem is I'm waiting for a confirmation email so that I may send the other one back. I had no issue reordering another item. But I still didn't get a confirmation to send my wrong item back to you.

Delivered exactly on time as advertised. No damage to pump upon delivery.

Found a difficult to find piece for a hot tub heater...arrived quickly!

When I received notice of delivery, I looked for my package. A few hours later, a neighbor came to my door with my package. It had been delivered to his house, a few doors down and across the street. Satisfied with your service, but not delivery service.

Competent fast. Just hope I get it plumbed in correctly. It is not a drop in substitute for a Hayward pump as advertised.

The product was easy to choose from, on line help was very good.
I was disappointed with 1 item that was shipped had a broken flange and would not hold the O ring in the correct spot and resulted in leaking.

Found the circuit board I needed for my chlorinated, ordered it online and received it promptly. Good customer service on follow up.

Ordered the pump motor online. Payment and shipping were easily done on their website. Pump motor arrived without any issues.

I ordered an OEM motor at a reasonable price and it was promptly delivered on the Memorial Day weekend.

Pump arrived quickly and was correct for my filter system the only problem I have had is with registering the product for the warranty. The Model # will not be excepted by the system?

I had a hole punched in the top of my filter. The guy on the online chat helped me find the right part number to replace the filter top.

What a wonderful on line resource! I was able to easily find a schematic of my older pool pump and found the parts I needed to order. Good pricing, arrived quickly and is a quality product. Inyo Pools sent us a list of additional parts we may need in the future and how to guides. Excellent customer service for sure!

Ordering was easy and the parts are of good quality. I received notification that my order was processed and shipped and it arrived timely. My only issue was that the order tracking through USPS gave me no information on when my order was scheduled to arrive until it was actually delivered. Not a likely fault of the company however.

Received my new sand filter today. Got it installed and it works great. Had to re-plumb my pump to the new filter. This one was a little taller. But I can't complain, my old filter was installed in 1984. Can't beat that!
