I ordered a pump motor. It was easy with fast delivery. It's worth trying to do pool repairs yourself. The pool shop wanted to charge me 430 dollars labor and 450 for the motor. The job cost me 285, and a few hours of my time.
Searched what I needed online, confirmed my order was correct through instant messaging & everything showed up 4 days later for an easy install. Definitely recommend them.

Still brand new never been hooked up trying to return this product so that i can order the right motor and get my pool up and running.no response from the return dept as of yet! I ordered a pool motor and cancelled within a few hours. They sent me an email after i cancelled and said it was too late. The UPS tracking showed that they labeled it an hour after that email. Meaning - they knowingly shipped something i cancelled. Basically hoping i wouldn't return - i had to pay $76 for shipping...
I opened the package today to begin installing the pool pump motor and discovered it was damaged in shipment. What do I need to do to replace and return the damaged motor?

I switched my purchases many years ago from another pool supply company to inyo pool, and just had a horrible experience. I order black 2 part epoxy paint over a week ago, really needed it to get my pool up and running for my business (campground), I just got off the phone with customer support. The company canceled the epoxy paint (out of stock) and didn't think it was important to contact me.( this is now 8 days later) No other alternatives or solutions. I just spent over $1600 and had more items to buy. I will find a new supplier and would highly recommend any business use caution when ordering from this company.

Delivery was quick. Only 2 days. Motor was exact match of the old one. Just had to take off some old parts to add to the new motor. 1/2 hour worth of work but saved me 700$
