The ordering, part delivery and support were exceptional. In a world where customer service is lacking your company does a great job. I did have one issue, the standard shaft seal did not fit properly onto the shaft. So I was forced to install the old one which is not ideal, it is many years old and will likely fail. The new one was notched in such a way it would not slide on the shaft. I tried flipping it, removing and playing with it the new and old but I could not get it to work. Perhaps you have encountered this with other customers? It just would not slide all the way down the shaft and sit the way the old one did. I cannot find any information online that shows this level of detail.
Again, the rest of my experience was top notch.
Inyo Pools website makes it easy to navigate and find the exact parts I needed for my specific (new to me) pool. Not only does Inyo have the actual parts, but they also have DETAILED INFORMATION! This is something I find lacking in much of the 3rd party online pool parts sites I've looked at as well. Not to mention the price was reasonable, purchasing process was simple, and I received my order multiple days sooner than I had expected. I can't discount the FREE Pool Care Guide that has valuable information for a novice pool owner like myself. Inyo Pools will be my go-to online resource for parts and information going forward.

I live in Hawaii so it's pretty common for companies to think it costs so much more to ship here, but it doesn't when using USPS. My package was shipped with USPS at 4 oz and would have cost around $5 to ship it to me. I was charged over $23 for shipping, so you may be able to understand my frustration.
The box was damaged and the handle was exposed. I haven't installed it yet but don't expect an issue. I will contact you, with a photo of received package if necessary.
Easy to order thru website, delivery was quick but because of poor packaging the liner is damaged and can not be installed.
I recently had to replace my pool pump impeller and the shaft seal. I reached out to INYOpools support initially to confirm which impeller and seal I needed. I received a quote quickly and placed the order. Once the parts arrived, I used instructions from the INYOPools site to replace the impeller and shaft seal with no problem. My pump is now back in service and working as expected. Highly recommend getting your pool parts from INYO!

Second time purchasing replacement filter for Hayward system. Product appears to be same quality as original and arrived quickly and in new condition.
