Originally purchased from a national pool vendor online. Apparently, they are having Supply channel issues as the store system and online system do not communicate. Stores must e-mail. Com for updates. Anyway, it took then a week to ship the wrong part and over a week attempting to reship the right part. Ordered from a second vendor, price was good, and after a few days I reached out and asked about delivery time frame. They told me it was on backorder and would be 60 days before it shipped. They were selling like they had stock. Good web sites will tell you if they are out of stock. Canceled that order too. Finally ordered from these guys. Product was in stock and arrived in three days. Pool saved. Moral of the story…. Do not waste time trying to save $30 bucks. Order from these guys.

We are Very pleased with the quality of the pool filter. Wasn't sure when we purchased the item however so happy we did. Will definitely purchase from this site again. And it was delivered very quickly too.
The product arrived broken. How do a get a replacement? It's a pool skimmer basket and it is broken.
After putting my order on hold for possible FRAUD, I sent them a copy of my photo ID to verify my identity. They canceled my order and REQUIRED me to use PayPal! No thanks! Now, they have my credit card info AND a copy of my ID! I'M REPORTING THEM TO ANY ENTITY THAT WILL LISTEN!

I was having a terrible time getting the right filter ordered for my pool! I was fortunate to get a very knowledgeable young lady that was very patient and told me exactly what I needed! THANK YOU!
So far they have been quick with with getting my orders shipped, and also great at communicating the fact that because of the amount of items I ordered and they would be shipped from different warehouses, I received some items that were ordered a few days after one of my first orders, but I am ok with that because I was kinda of expecting that! So far all items that were ordered and shipped, have been right, packed well, no damage!

Our pool pump motor died. Called the local pool repair guy "Hot Tub Tony" (great repair service) and he recommended we buy a new motor from INYOPools. I did a little research and then contacted several local pool suppliers to compare prices. INYOPools was 1/3 the price of what I was quoted by the local stores for the exact same motor! Will definitely be buying from INYOPools again for anything needed for our pool.
This was the only company that I could find that sold a replacement filter for the Hayward Cx200xre and Harvard swimclear C200s. I did see another company selling it, but the price was astronomical. Quick delivery and the product looks good.
