Process was very easy and when I had a question support was very helpful.
The color was different than shown on screen, and you didn't address the issue correctly (I requested a bottom line of text be moved up instead of cut off the item but it was not printed on it at all)

The first phone operator at the company I couldn't understand. The next one was very clear. The website is a little hard off the mobile. The product seems good and had timely delivery.
At first it was a bit challenging, but them things smooth out in the end
The frosted cups are great! We love the quality and the design looks better than we hoped. However, we had in issue with another item we ordered that we were notified was out of stock after we placed our order. As we spent time and effort picking the colors and making the design we preferred to just wait until it was back in stock for our original order to be completed. This simple request took many back and forth contact with customer service. They kept trying to get us to change our order instead of wait the 3 weeks for it to be in stock. If we're not concerned about the extra time, why try to force us? The service representatives were nice, but it seemed like they didn't actually have access to correct information. They also said our order won't get processed unless we call again when the item we want is back in stock.

I have tried to contact you in regards to my order and have not been able to speak to someone and resolve our issues
Only problem was that I only used one imprint color and it said i used two. No way to get it back to one because customer service said it auto detects how many colors. I went and checked everything and it was all the same. So I have no idea what it is detecting.
