BannerBuzz produced the small signs I wanted at a great price. I did not know initially that these were manufactured in India but the whole process only took 3 weeks from ordering to being in my hands! The signs look exactly as I ordered using the custom sign software. They are now attached to my gate post outside and I am very happy. Thanks BannerBuzz team.
Ordering process was more complicated than I expected. Not delivering to PO Boxes added to these difficulties. A problem for people living in rural locations that primarily rely on PO Box for all deliveries. This order will be delivered to the local Post Office regardless as does all mail to my area.
The ordering process was Easy enough, but there is no reason for any company large or small to have a slow postage service. There are many courier services around. DHL or Fedex can get parcels to your door in a few days from the other side of the globe. It took Banner Buzz about 3 weeks from the time i placed my order till it turned up on my doorstep. Vista print can get it done in less than a week. So can a any small printing company.

Ordered products for an event and delivery dates shown lined up perfectly. Only after manually checking for update on the expected delivery date did I see order was delayed a week.

The processing of ordering and timing of delivery was fine, although the time and effort I had to go through to confirm and reconfirm both artwork and invoicing detail was horrendous.
The transcript between me and customer service trying to confirm that i was overcharged was almost comedic. I felt like banging my head against the wall. Just an absolute nightmare.
Additionally... i opened a separate package, internationally couriered from India... to find x8 zip-ties wrapped in a roll of paper... I thought at least I had bought a full bag of zip-ties for my banners... but no... they sent x8 pieces. Honestly... either just include these in the purchase of each banner... or don't offer them at all. X8 zip ties were picked, packed, parceled, and couriered from India to Australia... *headslap*

The end product was OK, but the process of confirming the design and project was harder than I thought it would be, and a little time consuming.

Un happy with the banner light flimsy material you can see through. Won't buy again

The flag is made from knitted polyester fabric, and due to its material nature and the selected printing method, you may perceive a quality issue. Banner buzz was amazing. I couldn't quite get a high resolution photo so they turned what I had and designed it exactly that way, in the higher resolution. They were amazing. Communication was clear and great.
