I ordered a $579 coffee table. The table came and the color was not at all the same as depicted. Despite "easy returns" being advertised all over their website, I have been trying to return this item for over a week to no avail. When you can get a representative on the phone, they will say that a return label will be sent to you within the hour —- it never gets sent. Instead, I received several emails asking if I wanted 10% or 15% off the item. I very clearly communicated, at least 6 times that I do not want a percentage off the item, I want to return the item for my money back. They just talk in circles and will not let you return what you want to return. Horrible experience, will NEVER shop here again!

Unfortunately i cannot select zero star otherwise i would. I ordered a pulled out couch for a guest coming visiting from abroad. I expressively requested a delivery time frame but after i payed everything changed. When I wanted to cancel the order I have been reassured the product would be shipped in time but never happened. At this point I started calling and emailing and was provided with other misleading (kept being delayed) dates. Once i was completely fed up and I called again to cancel but never received a confirmation email. I called one more time and I was told the product was already in my area and If I wanted to cancel I have to pay the returning fee to them. I am pretty sure their review are fake too. This was a nightmare and it;s not over yet...

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE: We are in an EXHAUSTING BATTLE with Homary because they REFUSE to exercise their REFUND POLICY which stated allowance for return of merchandise within 30 days. In March '23, we purchased a leather couch and on the day it was delivered, immediately realized the product was not what it was advertised (it was very hard and uncomfortable to sit in). That same day we submitted a request to return and refund. That started our exhausting battle with this vendor. They made unreasonable requirements for us to even qualify for the return including that we re-package the couch using original INDUSTRIAL packaging and palette which was also ridiculous because they instructed their delivery service to take these away! After months of back and forth along with INVESTIGATION BY OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY they agreed to refund. HOWEVER we are still waiting for that refund. THIS VENDOR IS DISHONEST. They make commitments they are unwilling to follow by so PLEASE BEWARE before you make any purchases through this vendor.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, I have been struggling with customer servic for a month asked to refund me or send products again but they didn't do anything. Instead they withheld processing the second separate order even though the products are available in the warehouse. I explained i need the products as soon as possible, asked for sending missing products promptly again or refund, they promised to do so but nothing happened. They kept sending the same replies with no results. Absolutely annoying. So far i spent almost one thousand pounds,waiting a month for missing items, raised it multiple times got no refund, out of 4 products ordered got one with a massive delay,received no "guaranteed" late delivery compensation and needless no say no refund or delivery for 3 outstanding.

Can i give -ve stars. Please allow me to do at least 0 if not -ve.
This company does not understand what customer service is at all.

Talked to a few people even get the problem escalated and asking for so many different things. Neither did they resolve the problem or acknowledge anything at all. To say the least, i will never buy anything from there ever again and I will tell my friends and colleagues not to do the same. Will it hurt them probably not and with this attitude they have they probably don't even care. It is ok eventually it will come back around and they will get their dues.

At the very least acknowledge your issues and fix them. Not to say that the product was late to deliver in the first place. They are hiding behind lies and play delay tactics to avoid dealing with the issues.

Seriously get out of the business if you cannot handle the products. No one seems to understand anything and cannot even find videos on the item which was order within 1 year.

By far the worst buying experience I had so far, actually ever. The product does not look like it's advertised AT ALL (I have a good comparison video, but you can't upload videos here). Cushions are not as thick, not comfortable to say the least. When opening to the small bed, cushions are not as displayed on the product page, they are separated, and not set in place, and the weirdest feature is that the backrest has a space where the cushion can just fall off to the back. The storage space doesn't stay up like in the picture, I can go on and on… I hope I paint the picture that this will not be a comfortable bed to say the least. But worst of all is the customer service and the deceiving 30-day "easy" return policy. Well, it's easy if you open the box looks at your disassembled furniture, and decide, "na, I'm just going to return it."basically if you assembled and saw that this is a false advertisement at it's best, the product is nothing like it looks online, basically defected for the purpose you got it for, there is nothing you can do about it, and customer services representative and managers will just drag you without any resolution despite my best wishes to return it to the warehouse, take the pictures and videos they want to show the defects. After 20 days they send me an installation video, implying that I did something wrong with installing the defective product, while the video is for a completely different couch, not even from the actual manufacturer. This is what you can expect if you deal with defective merchandise from Homary. Save yourself from dealing with Homary, and definitely spend your good buck on products and company that has more value for what you're paying.

Terrible service and poor quality products. They sell chinese and indian crap that you will wait forever and then you won't be able to get your money back. I ordered a sofa and a desk from them. I waited 5 months for the sofa, instead of the promised 3. Then I received a letter stating that I had to wait 3 months more. The desk came in 4 months, but it turned out to be wrong colour, wrong size, terrible quality and the boxes in it do not close properly. For the past three weeks I have been trying to get a refund from them for a desk. Unsuccessfully. Just a nightmare. Never contact this company.

Where do I start...I had 1 shoe bench ordered from Homary. The leg was bended and broken. I told them about it and they kept telling me they are checking with manufacturer. They kept giving me the same generic solution. I ordered carpet and the carpet looked like a great carpet on picture...it came like a floor mat! Terrible! I will never order from them.

AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL COST if you value your money and time!

The product I received looks NOTHING like the product image. I attached a photo of actual product VS their product picture below. Quality is so terrible I wouldn't want it for free. It's so bad I don't even think GoodWill would accept it as a donation. In addition, customer service purposely make it nearly impossible to return the product.

The 5 stars reviews here and on their website are most likely FAKE. You will notice none of the good reviews on their website have photos, that's because photos of the actual product without all that photoshop would reveal the true nature of their horrible products.

Quality of product and service are both 0 out of 10. This is certainly one of the worst experiences I have ever had shopping online.

Great selection

Quality and service... everything is bad! Return policy is bad too. They sent me an wrong parts and they never sent me the product again. They didn't refund me 100% either. They kept change the words... (we'll send you again. Oh. Nvm. We'll refund 40%... We sent it again. Oh well no...wtf)

Horrible customer service and disingenuous

They sell good looking products but if you have any issues dealing with customer service is like dealing with a broken record and keeps going in circles until you get frustrated and give up. They try to pull on your sympathy strings by saying they are a new business and can't afford returns. We ordered two of the same chairs at over $700 each. They arrived with different texture and finish bases and different heights by 1.5 inches which makes it noticeable different even when separated by a table. The fabric is also off in color from the website and description. It is described as grey and black but is actually closer to a lavender. This was confirmed by at least 3 visiting guests in case we were just color blind or biased. We asked for a 50% refund or the ability to return which they have refused so far on both accounts. We also ordered a sleeper sofa. The quality is horrible and like sleeping on cardboard. We ordered white glove delivery so the boxes were taken. Now they are refusing to allow a return claiming original packaging is required and it has been assembled. Their own website indicates no assembly is required. We also offered to buy new packaging on our own dime. Very disappointed with the customer service and quality of some products. We did order another white designer sofa from them and are happy with that purchase although unclear how long the seating area fabric will remain in decent shape based on initial use.

Homary does not respect delivery dates. They do not reply your messages or return phone hone calls. You can never get to talk to a real representative. And they give you a very hard time to return products. Be prepared to pay for return shipping. Never purchasing anything from them again.

Items received not as expected

We ordered a dining table set with chairs from Homary. The items arrived were not as expected and we immediately requested to return the items and get our money back. The company keeps blowing us off. Their customer service is almost non-existent. Stay away from Homary. We contacted our credit card company and initiated a dispute. We will never but from Homary again.

We were excited to find Homary thinking it would be a great source of products for our remodel.

We ordered a sofa, and when it arrived the problems started:
- It does not look like it does in the photos (much sloppier, fold-down table does not fit tight, drawers are crooked, etc.)
- The arms cannot be changed to be on opposite sides as suggested online
- The plastic feet were all scratched up, as if this had been on-display and pushed around on a hard floor
- There was hair all over it (needed to lint-roll to remove it)
- There were dirty fingerprints in multiple places (had to clean with a damp cloth)

We do not feel that this item was new when sent to us, and it does not look the way the photos online make it look.

Homary wanted us to return the entire item at our cost, over $400 freight. I finally got them to agree to provide a pre-paid label, and they only wanted a small piece of it sent back saying I could "donate" the partial used couch (sure, that's easy and I have time for that), but after dozens of calls I kept receiving emails that they were "waiting on their carrier" to provide a prepaid label. I was told multiple times it would be within 24 hours, but after waiting six weeks and multiple follow up calls, I still have not received it.

Ultimately, I opened a dispute through my credit card. Of course, as soon as Homary was notified, they contacted me asking to give them more time to get the label "from the carrier."

They misrepresent product on their website, they will not take care of you, and they will waste your time. DO NOT make a purchase from them. The only guarantee you have for what you will get from them is regret.

Sofa sleeper was $1700 and worth less than $300! They charged me to have it delivered and take away the boxes (debris) as they call it! Then said 24hrs later that I could not return this couch! …. Because i did NOT have the box? Super rude customer service! Obviously a scam company! Do NOT buy anything from them! You will regret it!
