I have used Gazelle for nine Apple products that I have sold. It is Simple efficient and easy to trade in old electronics. It isn't always the highest price but it is near the top and since I know the system works well I have used it over and over.
It was quick and easy to sell my phone to them. I also like the Amazon credit offer that adds a percentage increase to their offer. One thing I would suggest they do differently, is if you request a box, there is an inherent cost in that, and it should be shown. If instead, someone prints the label and ships back using their own box, that cost difference should be added to the offer price. Nudge people to be more environmentally responsible and also saves Gazelle money overall. Seems like a win/win. :)

It is so easy to use. If you are honest about the condition of your items you will get what they offer you. Payment is fast and seamless. They pay for shipping and everything. I wish I would've started using them earlier. They send you step by step instructions on everything you need to do in order to be able to receive the maximum amount with no delays.

I purchased a phone a couple months ago, then all of a sudden I had no service. I called my carrier and they told me that I had no service because of an outstanding balance. I asked how I could have an outstanding balance when I bought my phone from Gazelle not a carrier.
Gazelle had me buy a new phone and return my non working phone for a refund. I asked why they can't just exchange my old phone with an exact same model. An iPhone 5s. Instead of have me go through all this CRAP!
I did buy a new phone 6 DAYS AGO, I still do not have my new phone and still have not received my refund for my old phone.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM GAZELLE AGAIN!
PS If this site had a negative star I would have used that one.

Gazelle was easy to use. The price quoted was the price I received. There were concise specific instructions how to "clean" the phone. The shipping label came electronically and I mailed and received my payment. This is my second time using Gazelle and I highly recommend.
I sent in 2 old phones. I rated the quality of them and when they got there, Gazelle gave me even more for one of my phones because it was in better condition than I had checked when I sent them in. That's awesome, especially considering they could have just simply gave me what I checked for my phone. But they went the extra mile and sent me more of a refund than I though I was getting. Gazelle works just as they say. I went to the website, got a dollar amount offer for my device and clear instructions on how to wipe it, and received their box in the mail in 2 or 3 days. I popped my old phone in the mail the next day and received an email with an amazon gift card shortly afterward. The whole thing from start to finish took 8 days. Ive used Gazelle two or three times and its been this way every time - easy money! I see some reviews where people have complained that Gazelle didnt honor the quote or claimed the device condition wasnt as the customer promised, but Ive never had that happen and plan to keep using Gazelle in the future.
This is the second time I've felt with Gazelle; both buying and and trading in iPhones and I've found them to be easy to deal with and honest in their pricing, selling and trade-in practices. I'd do business with them again without hesitation.
The title says it all. The process is simple and so long as you accurately describe the condition of your trade (in my case a late 2011 MacBook Pro) you'll get paid out very fast. I think the company Apple uses has better prices for newer Macs, but they definitely have them beat on anything 2012 and earlier.
Gazelle does good with processing the device and getting the inspection done is quick but shipping of payment is very slow and the tracking email shows nothing. I'm still waiting on my payment and what i get from my email my payment was sent on 2/7/18 and it's been 10 days and still waiting. I don't like giving my review until I received everything but I keep receiving emails for a review so.
Answer: No experience with that. Experience with their staff and their customer service, don't fo business with them. My phone was returned in October, and I still have not received my refund. They finally sent me an email saying my return was received, in December but tracking showed it received in October, and still no refund.
Answer: I would not buy from or sell to Gazelle regardless of what they claim.
Answer: No! Dishonest! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company tinged my money back and that took 3 months
