I purchased two Chanel bags within months of each other and one of the bags the handle completely came off. I've called several times the customer service and left numerous messages and no one calls me back. In addition, I sent and email and no one replied. Had I known this company was so unprofessional and definitely not a reliable company I would have never purchased the bags. I'm even wondering if the bags are authentic. I do not suggest buying from them.
I am beyond delighted with my purchase. It brings me such immense joy and satisfaction. I really appreciate how my pre-loved piece is in pristine condition. And, my decision to buy from LXR was affirmed when I learned the company makes donations each month to different charities.
I bought crossbody bag online and I've tried multiple times to get a hold of customer service with no luck. My phone messages haven't been returned or replied to my email. Have gotten no updates on shipment, very concerning.

I happened upon LXR by accident. I took a gamble and purchased a LV bag from them- close to 3 years ago. The bag is still in my possession as are a few other bags and accessories. The quality of the products are exactly as detailed on their website. I haven't been disappointed yet- only when the item I want is out of stock. Will definitely continue to patronize this company and I've also recommended it to friends
Not impressed with this company at all. After receiving a Gucci tote that did not match the measurements stated in the description I sent an email to customer support. No response and since the bag was bought as a gift with a short time line I felt that... well that was that. Have now heard from customer support and apparently my email went in their spam folder and it was up to me to keep trying to reach them. No onus on their part. But I was wished to have a nice day by Mariama. This was the second purchase by our family and there will be no further purchases from this Company.
When LXR first started, they made an effort towards having good customer service; today? It's non-existent.
If you visit the Vancouver store at the Hudson's Bay downtown, don't expect anything; you're better off passing the area and going directly to Holt Renfrew or the Hotel Vancouver and buying direct from LV.
What a pitiful experience. They lost 3 customers today and word-of-mouth remains the best form of a referral or deferral.

On April 11,2022 I purchased a Louis Vuitton Postel purse, is too big for me. I have been trying to contact them to return it. I sent several emails & I have called, as of today May 6th., I still have not heard from them, the purse is still in the box and package like I received it. I would like credit because I saw a smaller one that I would like to purchase from them.
I absolutely love buying vintage pre loved from LXRandco. All of their pictures online are clear & show any wear on the products. So many of their products are in very good or excellent condition & are reflected as so. Their customer service responds very quick & are very friendly/helpful! Will be buying from here again!
I received a fake Gucci handbag- once I informed them that it was fake they were very unhelpful but I insisted on returning it. They then charged me a 15% fee because they said it had a scuff that wasn't there before, which was of course not true. Avoid them!

I bought 4 Louis Vuitton bags from this company, it is a bad mistake. The shipment is very slow and not all of them are shipped together even though the order was placed at the same time. One of the bag I received still smell of cigarette smoke and I have to spray Febreeze to get rid of the smell. I also bought LV bags from another company in Ontario, their service as well as the bags are in top notch. As mentioned I made a big mistake to buy from LXR and never again

Over the course of the past 10 years I have made a several purchases from LXRandCo. The products are well displayed on their website and the descriptions fully document any buyer beware issue. As such, there are no surprises when the item arrives. I am always pleased with my acquisitions. On one particular occasion, I misinterpreted the size of the item. Upon receipt, I contacted the LXRandCo representative to discuss my options. Without hesitation, the individual assisted me in resolving the issue to my satisfaction. The individual was extremely helpful and pleasantly went out of his way to accommodate me. As a result of my past experience, I have no concerns or hesitations when making a purchase through LXRandCo. My latest purchase was no exception. I am thrilled with my acquisition, which arrived in record time. In addition to the great service, they took extra care in preparing the item for shipping so the item would not be negatively impacted during shipping.

Against my better judgement after reading multiple absolutely horrible reviews online about this company I still decided to purchase a bag during their women's day 25% off sale. After purchasing the bag I was sent an email the next day saying there was a mistake and it was already sold, yet when I go on the website the bag is still there, for the full price before discount. It is obvious my purchase was cancelled because they didn't want to sell it at the sale price. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of even if you call or email during business hours 10-5pm EST. Dont let any good reviews fool you, I would not recommend dealing with this company in any way or purchasing from them. Have learned my lesson and mistake and should have believed the bad reviews that are all over online.

I purchased a bag for the first time here and had a great experience. The item looked just like the photos and I love it. Lxrandco provides a dust bag if your handbag doesn't come with one which is a nice touch. It came within 5 business days without issue. Will purchase from them again.
In the last month, I ordered 2 Gucci bags, one Dior bag and a Hermès scarf. All were in exceptional condition. LXRandCo is the best company I've ever dealt with. Now the ONLY company I will deal with. Their staff is competent, helpful and overall charming. We provided you with recommendations for repair services as well. And yes, all our bags are authentic but pre-owned, and your bag is also pre-owned, which makes it more fragile compared to new ones.
