I've bought three bags from LXRandCo, and each time I was delighted with my purchase. They make sure to properly portray the signs of wear, and I was even surprised to see that the bags I received were in even better condition than I expected. They are truly authentic, and they came packaged so nicely. I recommended them to my sister and she bought 2 bags as well, they look great too! Will definitely purchase again!

The bag condition received was as pictured. Leather is in great shape, interior is spotless. Lock and key were provided. LXRandCo certifficate received with the purse and shipping was about a week from purchase to delivery.
I've always had great experience with LXR. I love my purchases and am pretty happy with their customer service online and in store. The shipping is really fast and yes, they do accept returns which is great when it's not what you expected. Definitely recommend!
Purchased an LV pochette, the strap was ripped and the canvas was dirty. It was an ok price otherwise I would have been extremely disappointed. Even after this I would still consider purchasing again, however I was turned off by the follow up I received after I replied to the feedback survey after my purchase. I didn't say 10/10 yes I would recommend this company to someone because, no, there are better options available in terms of item condition, disclosure and price. I mentioned in the details only viewed by the company that the canvas was wiped with a baby wipe and was brown. The lady who replied was pretty condescending as if this was my first handbag purchase and I didn't know how to care for items. Brushed off the reasoning for selling poorly maintained and conditioned prior to sale bags as "we don't want to ruin the authenticity" lol. I sent a friendly reply and was ghosted. So thanks for the unhelpful "let's reach out and see what we can do better" email, it just reinforced my trust in other companies such as Retyche, who consistently provide amazing items and quality customer service. Be wary of this company's quality rating, not accurate. "Very good" means ripped and poor condition.
Just bought a Prada bag on Thursday and got it on Monday. It was fast delivery and the bag is such in good shape. Better than I expected. It's a real one. I just wish I had a dust bag coming with it. I definitely recommend to buy from LXRandCo.
I purchased 2 bags from them. The first bag came very quickly and was great. The second order was cancelled due to it having an odor/not up to standards. I tried to purchase another one and that order was cancelled because the website wasn't updated and it was actually sold. This was after a week of ordering I was informed. The third bag I tried to order was delayed by several weeks. There is no working phone number which is brutal but staff did respond to emails fairly quickly. After my experience I would not recommend or order from them again.
All of their items are EXTREMELY overpriced for such tattered used quality. I have friends that work there and they tell me that they just lie to customers about where the bags are coming from (they don't really know themselves) and the employees are allowed to use and bring the inventory home until it sells. Very sketchy company. I've seen how they just shove them in drawers and bang them around then sell them to customers for top dollar. Sad part is you can find most of their items on consignment websites like The RealReal, Poshmark, Farfetch, Rebag & Fashionphile for much less and way better quality and condition. Don't even waste a penny with LXRCO

I saw a LV bag in one of their store at Hudson Bay in Canada. It was cyber Monday and they had 20% off at online store. They told me you have to buy it online to get discounts but we will ship the same bag you see in store.
I bought the bag at November 30 and received my bag at December 21. Their processing time is so slow it take 15 days to process my order which was just 30 km away from my location.
But their store's staff are so helpful and one of them helped me a lot. I just don't like their online store. They didn't sent me any confirmation email after they charged my credit card. They don't have professional online store.

Honestly this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Their prices are quite expensive for dirty merchandise and not in "good" condition as advertised at all. And they take so damn long to deliver... like a month! Then if there's an issue with the bag, forget about dealing with them... so horrible, give you the runaround. You can get much better elsewhere. I swear they should go out of business with the way they treat customers. NEVER shopping at Lxrco again.

Buying my first Louis with David was such a fun experience. I originally set out to buy a Burberry that I had had my eye on, but then he showed me a fabulous Louis that was still within my price range. We reviewed the pros and cons of both. He have no pressure as I tried to make my decision, but when I finally chose the Louis I could tell he knew I made the one! He was equally excited for me as I was. My LV Looping bag is in pristine condition. He told me how to care for it, and as we parted I knew that I would see him again for another!
Bought a bag at their site in Lord & Taylor in Danbury CT. Shortly after the strap broke. It literally had dry rot. I went back to the store and they told me to send it to Louis Vuitton at my own cost. They dont stand behind their product. I have purchased many pieces and have old pieces of LV. None have dry rot.

I found them through Instagram. I was hesitant on buying used but based on my great experience, would happily do it again. I bought the LV Tresor wallet and was not happy with my first purchase. I didn't do a thorough enough look of the photos. I was able to return the product with no issues and re-purchased the same wallet in better condition. The photos are a good representation of the product, I recommend viewing on a bigger screen than your phone, so you can view the product better. The items shipped very quickly both times and was well packaged and protected. I am so impressed with the customer service and shipping speed for this company!
I received my LV nevderful tote and was so disappointed in the condition. The side strap broke as soon as I touched it. Luckily they are going to give me a full refund. The savings is not worth it when you look at the conditions of these bags. I'm just going to buy new and lesson learned.

The description and condition of the LV Long Beach PM in patent red vernis was spot on. Categorized as "pristine", bags with this rating come along infrequently. A rare find indeed. Gorgeous bag, no scratches or marks on the patent and no stains on the leather. And it was on sale! Delivery was in just a few days. It was packaged very carefully and came with the LV dust bag and box. I have purchased several bags and wallets from their site for myself and as gifts. Love the bag and can't wait to use it!
I must say I am impressed. I will admit my first order I cancelled. Customer service was amazing with helping me with this. When I did find my absolute must have piece I was super excited and placed my order hassle free. My new LV was in amazing shape just like the picture. No surprises she was beautiful. I purchased the Louis Vuitton Siena PM bag online and delivery to Canada was prompt and efficient. I was very satisfied with the condition of the bag and there was no concern about it being authentic. The problem was that it was not the PM, it turned out to be the much larger MM size. Customer service was quick to address my concerns and the communication was good. They said that there would need to be authorization if I wanted to return the bag. In the end, I decided to keep it, however I asked them for some sort of compensation for the fact that it was not actually the size that I ordered. They said that it was not possible because the item was on sale when I purchased it. I do have a problem with that, in that as a goodwill gesture they should have tried to do something to make their customer happy, hence the 3 star review.
The company is horrible. The description online is very bleak. I was fine with the items in the photos, however when the package arrived, one of the wallets I ordered STUNK of cigarette smoke. It seems that they tried to cover it with febreeze? I emailed them and they told me they can send it for ozone treatment ( leather is porous, it'll help the smell but won't eliminate it) or I can febreeze it…. What? It was not listed on the website that the item STUNK of SMOKE. I take my health very seriously and third hand smoke is a thing and I know I can't escape from all carcinogens in my life but I sure would love to avoid them as much as possible and holding a carcinogen bomb in my hands or on me is not ideal. Either way, they didn't list that their item is a health risk. Even on Facebook marketplace or sketchy car dealerships, people have the decency to list the items as smoke damaged thus shows the integrity of this company.
Do not buy.
You want to step up in your accessories but don't want to pay full price because of some other priorities or reasons; this is THE place you will want to STOP and SHOP! Awesome personnel with fabulous items to fulfill your desires...
I have purchased a few bags from this site over the past few years and have been very happy with each purchase. The bags were in great condition and exactly what I wanted. No hidden fees or long delivery times. I recently bought two Hermès scarves and was very happy with them as well. LXRandCO delivers!
I was very disappointed and will not recommend selling your bags to this company. I sold a bag over 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten a check from this company! Contacted the local store and keep getting the run around and inconsistent responses. Asked to hear from Corporate and I am still waiting. Not a happy customer!
