Covid has changed the way I look at luxury bags, so I have been looking for a durable crossbody that's stylish but can also hold all my things. Enter this magical prada tessuto! It's actually a men's bag but I don't care. I love it and it holds keys, phone, sanitizer, mask and all the essentials. Shipping was a bit long, but they were very communicative... Off topic but I've been waiting 5 months for new dining chairs so we just need to get used to this "new normal". Anyway would definitely recommend. Glad I found them on Instagram!

I puchase a 833.00 dollars Handbag in June, returned it the very next day. Its now Juli 15th And i have not recieve my money back yet. I call customer service everyday,, A rep call me back two week ago and say they recieve the product back. At the point he told me I will get my money back in seven days, its been two weeks or longer, I very upset and Im hetting my bank to look into this. Will never order from this company again. Please buy your bag at a Lord & Taylor when they bring the bags in to sell. Do not buy online. Worst service and you can't see what you are getting. Hard to retune worst customer service.

LXRandCo has been by far the WORST company I have ever tried to have business with! Order a purse Dec. 3, their was a hold on my Credit Card right way! Contact them on Dec 8th cause the status of my purchase had not changed and was wondering what was going on? The answer back saying that my payment was flagged and that they had canceled my order and I would receive a refund in 10 days, I check my credit card same day and seen multiple holds on my card for $1276. 00 from LXRandCo! Later I get an Email with a confirmation of cancellation that I HAD DONE ON MY OWN? Customer service is horrible and doesn't help at all! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I purchased my LV from the LXR and Co that had a counter setup inside the Lord and Taylor store in Woodfield Mall Schaumburg Il. I looked closely at the bag several times and did not see anything wrong. Paid a lot of money and not even a month and a half later the strap broke! How do you sell a defective bag INSIDE A LORD AND TAYLOR store? Shame on Lord and Taylor for taking on such a sham of a company to take advantage of your shoppers! I was looking for a second MCM bag (the doctor) bag after a friend of mine showed me hers. I purchased an LV bag from LXRandCo in a Lord and Taylor where I had a very good experience. I ordered my MCM bag from LXRandCo online and I was very happy with my purchase.
LXR and Co., markets their self as a reputable dealer of fine authenticated luxury goods, yet their buying structure Does not support their slogan. Positioning themselves in high end stores like the Hudson Bay Companies, allows this fledgling company to mask their lack of the quality they boast about.
The generic authenticity card they offer is supported by authenticity that begins with an inexperienced Sales Associate and their smart phone.
The Associate takes pictures of the bags with their personal cell phone, uploads and emails a few pictures to "an expert" who then determines authenticity. Paying $2,000usd for an item "the expert" never touches or ever sees seems a bit of a risk, but if you have a few thousand you want to risk on that vintage piece, you may luck up and actually get a real piece. There are only exchanges and no refunds... so buy with extreme caution (if at all).
Check retail prices before you buy, often times their discount is literally a couple hundred less than the item new.
