Have sold 2-3 things on Gazelle so far. Easy, fast, and a great price. They even gave me MORE $ than the quote when they found that the iPhone was in better shape than i described. Honest and efficient!
Gazelle is honestly the best way to sell your devices if you dont want to do it privately. Ive sold 4 items so far and its been very easy to follow and you get paid very quickly. On one product they actually raised the amount of dollars because they rated it better than I what I thought it was worth. Anyway, love Gazelle!
I have used Gazelle three times and each time they are efficient with the process and prompt with the payment. No complains, though the initial entry of the item on their website needs a tune up. There is no simple way to edit an error in the typing of information.

I was very pleased. Initially, my phone was sent back to me because it was locked. I turned it on and logged into my iTunes, turned off my Find my Phone, reset it and sent it back. Very quick turnaround. I was paid in an Amazon Gift Card.
I highly recommend Gazzelle for trade ins. I got $5 more than my estimate and the money was deposited into pay pal on the same day that they received the package.
I always sell my Apple products when I upgrade and Gazelle has been consistent about sending $ to my Paypal account quickly. I have never had a problem with them.
I have used Gazelle a few times previously. Each time the experience has been excellent. Quick response and completion of the transaction with a fair price. I'll use Gazelle again
They offered 345 for my iPhone 7 plus. I sent it in, then they 'adjusted' my offer down to $320 because they said it wasn't a Verizon phone as I indicated. They were wrong, it was. I argued with them and I lost - and had no way to get my phone back. But the whole process took so long I couldn't get any better deal elsewhere. Go elsewhere to sell your phone. They did make the process easy by shipping a box to me, providing clear instructions, etc. - but it was at least 10 days before I even received the box.
The process was really easy. They made me an offer, sent me shipping boxes, I sent it in and once they recieved it I was sent amazon gift cards. It was as easy as that.
I read some of the bad reviews... they have to do with newer iphones, etc. I had nothing to loose sending my old devices in so maybe that's the way to go with this site. Only send them in older products?
But all in all, I had a great, smooth experience.
I tried buying an iPhone 7 but once the 600$ were transferred out of my bank account they sent me an email claiming that the model I had ordered was out of stock and they won't return my money! This website is truly terrible
This is the 2nd time I have traded in a device with gazelle. Both times I have been impressed with the ease in the process. A couple clicks and then a couple days later a box shows up. After turning in item I received an amazon gift card through email. No messing with PayPal, or physical gift cards. The first time I traded in, they offered me more for my device than originally quoted. They said it was in better shape than I originally stated. Honest, great customer service and very satisfied overall.
I had my check in just a few days, and the offered a fair price for me devices. They even offered more for one of them because it was in better condition than what I stated!
The the screen on my daughter's 2012 MacBook pro got cracked, it wasn't worth spending the $300 (eBay price) for a new screen - even though the unit actually worked fine with an external monitor. We decided just to cash it in, Gazelle offered $159, which doesn't sound like much, but it was better than a MacBook paperweight. Payment was fast via Amazon gift card (which also increased the amount by $5). So overall, happy with the service.
I will never use this smarmy outfit ever again. I sent them my iphone 6 plus in the original box. Initially they offered me $145. When they got my phone, they tried to screw me by saying it had more scratches on body and screen, and that my phone had a different service from the one I said it did. ALL $#*!ING BULL$#*!. My phone was in a case and tempered glass screen protector from the minute it was out of the box, brand new, and the phone was the stated service that I said it was. I wasn't going to accept their piddly offer and asked that my phone be returned to me. Instead, they send me the wrong phone, and it suspiciously came in a box that included a charging cord and plug, along with a card stating "welcome to your new phone" or words to that effect. I called to get the issue straightened out. So at this point I'm still getting screwed because they offered to pay me immediately to my paypal account. They received their stupid wrong phone back several days ago, still no money in my account, now I get some bull$#*! story that they will be in contact within 3-5 days about paying me. More stall tactics. NEVER AGAIN
It was easy. Gazelle sent the box and the shipping label. I followed their instructions. They got the phone. I got the check. Great, thanks!
A co-worker told me about Gazelle. I had always used Amazon in the past to sell my old phones, but it was quite the process. The process with Gazelle is so quick and easy. I would recommend selling your items here all the time.
This whole process was so easy! They gave me my quote and even ended up giving me more $$ once the phone was received!
Def recommend this service! Thanks Gazelle
Gazelle has been fair with their prices and very prompt. I would not hesitate to use them again and I will spread the word to all of my friends.
They not only offer the lowest values possible, but they don't value their coupons either (or their customers). I redeemed a coupon for a $15 bonus when selling something for $50+ and ended up getting the original amount before the bonus. I contacted them and they were very rude and not understanding. They never helped me with any of it and would not let me take the item back. I looked up the value of my Macbook which was about 6 years old and they offered me $20...
Answer: No experience with that. Experience with their staff and their customer service, don't fo business with them. My phone was returned in October, and I still have not received my refund. They finally sent me an email saying my return was received, in December but tracking showed it received in October, and still no refund.
Answer: I would not buy from or sell to Gazelle regardless of what they claim.
Answer: No! Dishonest! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company tinged my money back and that took 3 months
