Bad experience. Deducted 80%! From my original quote!
I've used Gazelle each time I trade up an iPhone. There is no other place to do business. The raised their initial estimate - EVERY Dollar MATTERS!
Answer: No experience with that. Experience with their staff and their customer service, don't fo business with them. My phone was returned in October, and I still have not received my refund. They finally sent me an email saying my return was received, in December but tracking showed it received in October, and still no refund.
Answer: I would not buy from or sell to Gazelle regardless of what they claim.
Answer: No! Dishonest! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company tinged my money back and that took 3 months
