Excellent product. However after 14 months it developed a small crack. My wireless provider told me to contact Gadget Guard, because it had a lifetime warranty. But, I had neglected to register the guard when it was purchased. Despite this the folks at Gadget Guard replaced the guard an I paid only the cost of shipping it to me.
I am very pleased with guard and particularly the follow-up service.
For the price, this guard cracks too easily. I have Galaxy S9 Plus. The first two I used didn't last a day. Twice (two different guards) they cracked from the phone vibrating face down on the night stand. I do like they provide free replacement, however it cost $9.95 to ship. I believe they would protect your screen well if phone was dropped. I have had 4 replaced (3 for me, 1 for wife), shipping is adequate other than cost. Would NOT recommend!

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
