They break too easy. My son and I believe there is a defect where the pen is placed. The guard always starts the crack there and moves up. The sensitivity is less. But, I have a warranty and I will continue to use them. I dont know of any other that would be better.

Love my screen protector and the lifetime warranty. This company delivers their promise that you file replacement and pay the shipping. They quickly send you a replacement screen. I am not skilled enough to put the screen on so I take my phone into my phone store. They kindly put it on for me. I wish I could do it myself.

I ordered a replacement Gadgetguard Black Ice Cornice Edition 2.0 screen protector (1st one had bubbles from store installation that couldn't be removed) and once I received it, took it back to the store, and it was installed. The protector is now perfect, and I'm delighted with it's look and feel.

Prompt service. I agree with the other comments on how the glass cracks easily. Is there a better way to guard our phones without using glass?

We have replaced our screen covers several times, and when my son's screen broke, Gadgetguard sent us a check for $100 within a couple of weeks.

We purchased the first Galaxy S9 Plus and that protector lasted until June before cracking. I now have to replace the other one I purchased in March. The rounded corners don't seem to last as long.
