I went to order Gadget Guard. I was told it wasn't registered. So I began the long process of emailing all required proof of purchase only to be told it was registered only I was doing the replacement request with as different email. Really? The pin number had been registered but I have 2 different email addresses and used the wrong one from original registration. Not sure why this made a difference?

My original purchase of my gadget gaurd in Janurary was about $50, I was skeptical at first being that all of my screen protectors from the past have done their job until they cracked. For $50, I didnt understand the difference between this screen protector and the others. The difference between the two is that Gadget Gaurd actually puts their customers first! Ive cracked my Gaurd about 3 times since, and have been able to place a replacement order each time, no hassle! Love it! Only $5 shipping and handling.

Its not have the same one I bought which I sent a picture in the email meaning if this one breaks, i wont be able to get a free replacement. Not sure how this would work after. I got it a few days ago but I'm not going to install it, I'm going to take it the to store I bought my first actual case because they told me if it breaks I can go back to the store or online but I still recieved the wrong one. And again the one I got in the mail does not have a orange sticker nor pin.

Top corners are not sealing tight. And ends up with air pockets and then it cracks. The cover that came with the package does not cushion the phone for any type of a fall the last time it fell only 2 ft from my hand and it ends up cracking again. I have never had problems with my phone's the past 25 years I know this helps protect the phone but with it constantly cracking I wish I could find a better phone protector to use
