Bought a screen protector for my laptop. No where did it say that you could not close the computer with the screen protector on. It broke the screen of my MacBook and now i have to pay hundreds of dollars to get it repaired. When i contacted them they said the guard says "removable" so the customer knows it can be removed. Nonetheless, it seems that it should say "remove before closing computer or your computer will break!" This seems very wrong.
This is a great screen protector, wouldn't not have it on my phone. And if it does break the company will replace it. That is just fantastic

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
