Maybe instead of blaming the breakage on the post office, you could try packaging your product a little better. Just send me a "gadget guard" gift card instead of broken screens

While we are not able to send a gift card, we have very recently changed our packaging a bit to help strengthen the protection around the guard. You may be interested to know that prior to doing so, our breakage rate was less than 1%, which doesn't ease the pain when yours is the one that arrived broken, but it is an excellent rate for shipping glass. Just received, still need to go to store to put on. Hopefully, it will last longer than a month for the price I paid. Yes, the replacement was free, but still had to pay the shipping and the trouble of going back to the store to put on as they suggested to me.
I received my replacement screen protector in a speedy manner. In took it to my cell phone store as they originally put the original one on my phone when it was new. While Iit was marked as being for the correct phone, it was a little too large for my screen. The store had the correct protector there and graciously offered to put the correct size on my phone and said they would take care of the rest. The replacement was then comleted

I received my new screen protector on February 14th. I went to my Local Phone company. They put the new one on. After 15 minutes it had broken once again. Not real reliable in my book. Now what can I do?

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
