Ripe off

I received my screen in the package that was marked correctly but the contents was the wrong screen.
So we had to reorder another screen which was fine and correct, BUT
Anouther $8.00 shipping and handling out of my pocket and Another week waiting?
And no offer of reconciliation or any response to my email!

Maybe instead of blaming the breakage on the post office, you could try packaging your product a little better. Just send me a "gadget guard" gift card instead of broken screens

Hi Hilarie, We want you to know that we have heard your feedback. While we are not able to send a gift card, we have very recently changed our packaging a bit to help strengthen the protection around the guard. You may be interested to know that prior to doing so, our breakage rate was less than 1%, which doesn't ease the pain when yours is the one that arrived broken, but it is an excellent rate for shipping glass. In any case, hopefully you have reached out to our Customer Support team at support@gadgetguard.com so they can get another replacement sent. If you have not, please do so and they will be happy to help!

Hope it sticks

Just received, still need to go to store to put on. Hopefully, it will last longer than a month for the price I paid. Yes, the replacement was free, but still had to pay the shipping and the trouble of going back to the store to put on as they suggested to me.

I received my replacement screen protector in a speedy manner. In took it to my cell phone store as they originally put the original one on my phone when it was new. While Iit was marked as being for the correct phone, it was a little too large for my screen. The store had the correct protector there and graciously offered to put the correct size on my phone and said they would take care of the rest. The replacement was then comleted
Everything turned out fine. Thank you US Cellular. Thank you Gadgetguard.

Well worth the initial cost when purchasing a new phone. Glass screen has survived a few falls and only the GadgetGuard cracks. Replacement is a breeze!
