I bought my phone in August, 2020 and got the screen protector bc I'm a little accident prone. Within a month of buying it, my screen protector was cracked. I was able to keep it on for a few more months until I finally decided that I needed to use my warranty and get my replacement. The replacement was "free" but cost $8 to ship. Within 3 days of getting my new one, it cracked again. I shouldn't kept my money and bought the 2-packs from amazon for $10 each.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
