I ordered them to send to someone for their upcoming birthday on Sunday 11/03 and they were delivered today 11/01 and I just got a call thanking me for the beautiful flowers and the thought that caused them to be sent. So far all went well. When selecting balloons I would have like to have seen a ballon for Halloween along with the others. My daughter's birthday falls on Halloween, so I was looking to have a Birthday and a Halloween balloon.
Also, I paid $*.** extra to have the package delivered before noon. While I'm glad my daughter received her package before she left school, I was not happy that I paid extra money for a specific delivery time and that did not happen. If I hadn't paid $*.**, it probably would have arrived at the same time. If someone is charged to have an item delivered during a certain time of the day, it is encumbent of the company to deliver the product when promised.
Overall, the presentation of the package was awesome. The candy, pistachios, and chips inside were all nam brand items. I will definitely order from you again. I loved everything about the basket.

I did not recieve quite what I ordered. The arrangement was changed to include lillies and such which were not part of the original order. It also only included 6 red roses which was not what I paid for. I assumed there would be a dozen roses.
