Every time I use fromyouflowers.com, the quality is always as expected or better! Usually you'll see a gorgeous bouquet online at another site then when you see it in person, it pales to comparison. Not fromyouflowers, it is always as good or better. I have not been disappointed. The arrangement selections are very colorful and reasonably priced. I love doing business with this company. Delivery was a problem. The driver (UPS) dropped the flowers on the porch and did not even knock or ring the bell.
I sent my girlfriend, who lives out of state, flowers for Halloween. Not only did they get there with perfect timing, but she is completely thrilled with the arrangement and the vase they came in. The overall service totally and completely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back for more soon!

I paid $** for a basket with a bag doritos, oreos, snickers, etc. I could have put this together for less than $** at a Dollar General. I don't mind paying. It was for my Mom's 50th birthday so money was no issue. I do, however, mind paying for something overpriced as this basket was. I eventually spoke with the manager and I received 30% refund and a $** gift card toward my next purchase, which I declined as I will never order from here again. The timely delivery was awesome, but the product itself was horrible.
I ordered some Just Because flowers before 3 pm and was given the option for same day delivery for an extra charge and I accepted. The florist never even tried to deliver because I was at the delivery address from the time I ordered the flowers until the time the florist claimed they could not deliver because no one was home. They never even drove by! Outright lie. I guess it was just too inconvenient to deliver that day so they lied to get out of it...poor service.
So much easier than other on-line florist services! I was amazed that the order got processed and delivered on the same day as promised.

Your shipping cost is astronomical and last week the price for the same flowers was the same as your so called $** off gift. From you flowers is a scam the ONLY reason I am purchasing from you is I want to see what 100 roses for $** comes out looking like. I purchase about 13 deliveries every 2 weeks for clients and from the looks of your shipping costs and false discounts, I will be sticking with my current company. Let's see if your flowers are worth it.

The same day order was impossible, had to go for the next day, done, but I understand that, and the choice of flowers had to be changed. But these flowers were sent to my daughter who assures me that they are gorgeous! The phone calls I received asking for my consent for changes were most kind and thoughtful.
