Although I realize I did not chose to spend the extra $* to have my order delivered by 10:30 AM, receiving the delivery@ 6 PM was extremely disappointing and quite frankly defeats the purpose of delivery... I could have done that myself. In addition I was not impressed with the quality of the tulips received... Perhaps because they say in a box for 18 hours. Finally, when seeing the product delivered felt, even with the discount I received, the cost was a little pricey.

I specifically ordered the bouquet because it was supposed to come with a cylinder vase, which I did not get and I paid extra to have a morning delivery, I had to pick my daighter up at the airport in the afternoon. I left my house at 2PM and they weren't there yet. I left a note to leave them on my porch and they had fallen over. These flowers are for my wedding tomorrow and I'm not too thrilled. The flowers are ok, but everything else was so disappointing. For $** (something) dollars that I paid? Won't use this site again probably.

I ordered from Chicago, IL to have delivered to Columbus, OH. I'm happy that I had the chance to make someone happy that lives in another state. The recipient was very happy and pleased.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
