I ordered You're In My Heart Deluxe with 3 Mylar balloons. What my fiancé got was 1 halo ok and a shoddy display of flowers in a pot-like vase. They were NOT arranged anything like the picture and were a complete disappointment! Your only solution to me was to give me a $** coupon! So that I can't buy more of your junk flowers? First impressions go along way with me and you failed miserably. I'll never use this brand again and I'll strongly suggest to others not to use this site either! Biggest waste of $** I've ever spent!

Ordering was very easy and the product was very pleasing to the eye! The downside of my experience was I paid for a four hour delivery. I placed my order before 9am and it was not delivered until 5pm. The representative I spoke with would not cancel my order. She gave me all kinds of excuses as why she couldn't cancel. This will be the last time I do business with them. Very unprofessional.
