Worst platform. Delivered tea cake instead of plum cake and saying it's same price hence the just did... 1050rs for tea cake and flower. Don't ever use their service

Had ordered 2 kg fruit basket and a cake for my dad's birthday and when I called my dad to check how it was, he was very disappointed. The basket contained following fruits
Pineapple-spolied
Mango- chemical smell
Orange- overripped
Apple- nice
Grapes- nice
Banana- nice
I had ordered from overseas as I couldn't be with him on his special day thinking this would make him happy but after seeing the state of the fruits I would never recommend or order anything from floweraura...

My order ******* for hyderabad, booked 4days before the delivery day, while booking the order it automatically selected a 12hour window, i was tracking every hour and it was showing process on the site and was continuously in touch with the live chat and they assured it will be delivered as per the schedule, even an hour before through it was showin processing on the site the chat agent assured me it will be delivered, and finally he informed me the delivery has started and was reluctant to give the number of the delivery agent, stating also it was raining in hyderabad, though it was a drizzle at our place, and finally it was not delivered till 100hrs.

I am Ordered cake to my sister anniversary is 9th june 2021... But the cake delivered to fully damaged... Then i take the picture of damaged cake and i rise my complaint with that picture, to floweraura team...
Immediately they take the action of my
Complaint... Then the floweraura team... new cake delivered to next day... My sister is very happy... Thanks to flower aura team... And one more the cake taste is realy good yummy...

Very bad experience. Had ordered 2 plants. The plants came out of the soil, leaves were wilted. Raised a complaint and they didn't do anything and said they'll take care of the quality from next time and gave me suggestions on how to take care of the plant. Totally unprofessional

Ordered a cake for my brother and they have delivered a damaged cake. And charged 200 for delivery fees for 10 km. NEVER EVERY buy from floweraura. And the response i got form them is adding 200 cash in account or a sorry note. They just ruined the dat. I wish there was half star for rating

I Ordered A Cake For My Father's Birthday. The Cake Should Be Delivered Between 9 Am And 12 Pm The Next Day Of Order And Payment. Without Asking Me, They Simply Imposed On Me That The Order Would Be Delivered By 3pm. I Informed Them In A Phone Call That No One Would Be Home After 1pm, So I Chose A Window Of 9am To 12pm. In My Phone Conversation With Rashid, A FlowerAura Representative, He Promised Me That The Order Would Be Delivered No Later Than 1pm. He Also Promised A Full Refund In Case The Order Is Delivered Later Than 1pm. I Asked For No Later Than 1pm As My Parents Were About To Leave For A Meeting With Relatives. I Wasted Over 2 Hours Chatting With FlowerAura Asking For A Refund And They Said We Will Give A Refund And Only In 1 Minute They Started Fudging Things That The Cake Will Be Delivered And When I Asked For Proof Of Delivery, They Didn't Have Any. They Even Spoke To My Mum And My Mum Confirmed That She Spoke To The Courier Boy And Informed Him That She Is Not At Home And Will Not Be Home Till Late Evening. In Short, They Did Not Deliver The Order And Are Not Refunding My Money. This Has Been A Frustrating Experience For Me From FlowerAura.

I gave clear instructions for 2-3times and even mentioned on instruction page. No wonder they sent the same without following my instructions and bloody delivery guy calling a receiver for 2-3 times for every 1hr and asking if it is ok tomorrow delivery & asking receiver to support lol like seriously? Highly not recommended waste of time and money.

Overall a terrible experience. Customer care people very arrogant. I will never use this service again... thumbs down

Waste of time and money. They failed to deliver the bouquet and refuse to cancel and refund money.

FlowerAura executive calls and asks me if I need to place any order, I tell them I am looking at some options which are not available at given location. They tell me they can place the order at their end and it will be delivered on time, I only need to pay. Two days later, on the date of delivery, I am called after the delivery slot is over that they cannot deliver the same product and I'm supposed to choose among children's birthday cakes to send as anniversary cake to my husband. Refund of the order will take 3-5 days.
