I don't know the people those who are there in their so called 'customer service department' even knows the real meaning of a customer! When I called them repeatedly to explain my issue neither they were able to calm me down nor they were speaking properly. Adding to this the lady executive whom I spoke to disconnected my call and was not picking up my call later. What are you guys up to? I think this site is getting low rating only because of their lack of coordination and service. Do something guys, otherwise u won't be getting any satisfaction on first day of every month when you get your salary. Good for nothing lazy bastards..

I had placed a order to be delivered at midnight to my friend. They had called my friend in the evening to confirm whether they will be at house to deliver a gift. What is the use of ordering for midnight delivery when it is not surprise. When asked, they say I did not know it is as a surprise. Basic common sense. Also, there was no option to select whether its surprise or not int the website while ordering. I thought they will call me for any further clarifications. Also, for midnight delivery it is Rs. 350 extra. Useless and Senseless floweraura. Please never use it.

In the first place, I was quite apprehensive about picking things online. Anyway, since it was my bro's bday, and he was away from us, I thought I should probably send him a cake, and logged onto www.floweraura.com. I ordered the cake that was showcased there. But when it was delivered, it was the wrong cake! I paid 1000 bucks for the cake, and the cake they delivered was probably not even worth 400! It was very upsetting! Then they promised to replace the cake, and it was replaced with an even sadder looking cake :( :(.
I was really upset. My brother had to end up choosing the first cake, cos the second was THAT bad. It was very upsetting. The "About Us" page talks about the people who started the site, and I wish I could just gun them down for providing such cheap, third rated quality cakes at such an exorbitant price!
