These people should be banned as they do not have their own centres or services. They just accept the orders and forwards orders to their vendors i. E. road side florist. I paid 649 bucks only for 12 roses and also it was stale. No value for money. I contacted them to track my orders that where my order is, one of the agent picked up the call and said "Valentine hai hum time commit nahi kar sakte kab hoga. Aaj nahi v ho sakta hai". What is this., I am planning to register a complaint against these idiotic persons.

I ordered through these idiotic people but they are totally irresponsible even they don't pick the call or reply by email. They delivered my order but I think road wala florist is much better than these people. I wanted to just change my message that is why I was calling them up. That is not an issue. Eventually, what they ordered to my GF I got shocked to see the flower bouquet. Flowers were scattered and broken from the top. I suggest people to not order through these idiots.

Most pathetic company ever. They don't meet their commitments, have bad delivery, and it seems that their customer care people are employed to torcher the customers. They won't even pick your calls and inform you about the status. Spoiled my day. Beware of this company, never order. They dont ever refund or return the money even they are guilty. Dear Friends, my wife has ordered a cake on eve our anniversary at 12:30 in the afternoon. They promised they will deliver in 5 hours, i. E by 5:30 pm, I called them at 6:00 pm asking about status, they set it is out for delivery. Called them at 8:00 they said its still on way will reach in 10 minutes, then called them at 8:45 they said they will find and tell me. They said they will call me, After that they did not call. I tried calling them multiple times, they did not respond to my number, Then i used a different number and tried booking new order, they responded, when I asked they they said, they will deliver it tomorrow and asked me to send an requesting email stating that i am leaving the office and so i cant collect it, as they were not able to get in touch with delivery boy. I said today being my 1oth anniversary, I wish to celebrate with my parents and family and you say the cake gets delivered tomorrow. I called the customer care again at 9:30 pm... now he is telling that the delivery boy has misplaced the order, it is mistake of delivery boy. They are telling they will deliver tomorow with a complimentary rose flower... lol how stupid these fellows are. Why do they run such an service. I request people to avoid such service fellows. Now they might say am bluffing also so am disclosing my order id also. My order id is*******.

I have ordered 50 flower Bouquet Of rainbow Roses(RS 1439/-), 2 kg fruit Basket RS799/-, half kg kajukatali RS. 679/- TOTAL BILL WITH DELIVERY CHARGES 250/- IT IS RS. 3167/-, to my father in law's 70th birthday
But the bouquet was just small 50 roses bunch no decoration nothing i thought it was a huge one but its a smaller than the 350Rs ordinary bouqet. 2 KG fruits are well packed but quality are very small dry nasty fruits, kajukatali are from roadside mithaiwala.

I placed an order for 2000 INR with 15% coupon, when was chatting with the help desk they told me to email. When I emailed the lady Meenakshi says no such coupon exists! Unbelievable scam artist when I send her the email that I have from them with coupon code, she tells she cannot apply it instead will give free chocolates to me. This is highly unethical they lost my trust and now business - I just told her to cancel my order and she says there is 5% cancellation charge. I am taking them up with Paypal and dispute the full payment. Stay away crooks
