Don't dare to order anything from this website. They didn't deliver my order but they sent mail & msg by saying it's successfully delivered.
Without checking review i made mistake. $#*!ing customer support guys dont respond the call once they know your raising the complain.
They not even ready to refund. Fake website dont order anything from this website.
This website is a complete waste of time, money n effort. It never delivers the cake which is displayed on the website or the one which is ordered. Instead it sends some cake as per local availability and later defends that its in their T&C. What is the point of displaying multiple options when u send some stupid stuff, as per ur convenience, yet charge around 1500rs for a 1Kg cake. Pl dont even surf this website, as the team is a complete fraud. You'll regret ordering from here.
Worst site to order anything... I did not take the reviews seriously and went ahead in placing an order and was mugged. They are cheaters did not deliver what I ordered and now there is no resolution.

I had ordered flowers paid money... got the order confirmation... order was not delivered... customer service is fake...
Ordered on 14th and yet no delivery response or anything. And no place to hint people at least by writing a review in their website. Worst service ever.
They cheat people. No response from customer care. Never never order from this site. And everybody help to shut down or ban this site... they r looting money from people... cheaters of all time... pls everybody never never never order from this site
Ordered flowers on 14th Feb, money deducted and no trace of flowers with call center not answering, next step I will drag them to consumer forum as have details of mail and confirmation ID. See you guys in court
I had ordered from these guys last years valentine & had really liked the service. This year I am highly disappointed. I had ordered a bouquet which was supposed to be a surprise. Whole day went by and no sign of the bouquet. When I tried contacting customer service number it doesnt function. When i tried contacting through chat I was told have patience bouquet will be delivered. Yes Flower Aura I am still being patient its 24 hrs now the bouquet has still not reached the destination.
I was not even contacted by the service provider whether it should be sent or not. When I contacted the customer service through chat they have the audacity to ask should we send the order today.
A big no for anyone planning to order from floweraura. Worst Experience!
Worst service don't buy or order anything from this fake site... I had worst experience from this site m already telling my friends not to order from this site...
I just ordered some gift through your site and when it was delivered, it looks completely different from the one you showed in the website. You claimed that there will be 12 roses. But I have received only 10 roses. And the outer wrapping and the color of paper is entirely different from the one i have ordered. So I would never recommend Flower aura again. The service is ok but don't order anything by seeing their picture in the website.
Spoiled Valentine's Day by not delivering on time. They should not take more orders than they can deliver. It was very frustrating to go through the day just waiting, no apologies from their side either. Thoroughly unprofessional

Big cheat... beware of him... making money by cheating people. Not delivering after taking order online. He boasts of starting FA as his girlfriend was not delivered bouquet by a florist. But now he is also doing the same. Shame on him!

Hi ordered a bouquet and chocolates for my fiancé and they runied my first valentines. They said they delivered the order but he didn't received it only Will definitely file a case against them! These people suck big time! Horrible is the word for them!
This websites sucks like anything, I have order a cake and flowers a day before but they could not deliver the product in 24 hours... customer care sucks, you will never get hold of them... they have ruined my first Valentin's with my wife and I hate them the most... I am sure they will have problems with the refund as well...
