I ordered a cake online, and I'm extremely disappointed and concerned about what we received. While serving the cake to my family, we noticed small worms inside it, which was both shocking and disgusting. What's worse, my brother has been ill for the past two days after eating a slice. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and food safety standards being followed. I hope the business takes this seriously and investigates the issue. No one should have to worry about their health when ordering something as simple and joyful as a cake.
I am very disappointed with FlowerAura. I ordered condolence flowers for my mother after the passing of my father, and I had included a heartfelt message with the order. The flowers were delivered without any message, which caused confusion and emotional distress at an already difficult time. When I raised a complaint, the response I received was very unprofessional — they blamed their system and even asked me to pay ₹100 extra to send a message card now! This is not about ₹100, it is about basic service, ethics, and integrity. I have been a loyal customer of FlowerAura, but after this experience, I will never order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed with the lack of responsibility and care.
The cake was in a poor condition, looking at the note i cant believe they are running a gift shop, post customer service is a nightmare.

I ordered a Truffle Cake, but I received a cheap Chocolate Cream Cake, completely different from what I paid for. To make things worse, the cake was in horrible condition, and the taste was outright stale and disgusting.
Is this the kind of fraudulent service FlowerAura provides? Delivering the wrong item and that too in such terrible quality? This is not just disappointing; it's a rip-off. You've completely ruined my experience and trust in your brand.

I had a terrible experience with FlowerAura. I ordered a cake and rose bouquet for my wife's birthday, placing the order four days in advance. The delivery was scheduled for between 2 PM and 7 PM, but it didn't arrive until 10 PM. I started calling customer support at 7:45 PM and continued every 30 minutes. Each time, I received different excuses and was told to wait another 30 minutes.
The lack of coordination with the delivery person was frustrating — no calls or updates from them, just more lies from customer support. Ultimately, I had to order a cake from Swiggy, which arrived within 25 minutes. When FlowerAura finally delivered at 10 PM, the cake was in poor condition after the 4-hour delay, with excuses ranging from the delivery person's bike breaking down to traffic issues and bad weather.
In short, it was the worst customer support and product experience I've ever had. I will NEVER use them again.

The order delivery was due for August 17,2024 but still not delivered, today is August 28,2024. They have no Customer Service and their LinkedIn page is also just fancy words and no action, no real ground work.
Overall, very poor service and highly unreliable. And they will charge you more than their competitors.

I place order for Rakhi with sweets and select delivery date 16th August 2024 before three day of Rakxshabandhan, online tracking show that they delivered parcel on 19th August but actually receiver didn't get parcel, I was try to contact customer care and ask that if they delivered than give me proof of delivery but they can't and only says that our courier partner confirm that they delivered. So I request to all reader who read my post not choose Flower Aura, If you choose them than you lost your money.

Ordered cake and rakhi from Australia. The cake was well decorated but the real cake inside was smelly and spoiled. It was so embarrassing to know about it. I trusted and paid but you made fool of me. On complaint asking for photos as if you will get the real taste in photos. So dumb!
Hate such websites who break customer's trust. Living abroad we have only online options and these websites easily fool us by pictures.

I and a bunch of other customers are recent victim of FLOWER AURA website Bengaluru ( www.floweraura.com)
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day well in advance (1 week before) for morning slot. But they didn't deliver the flowers. They simply updated the status to delivered at late night without delivering the product. When I checked their Instagram page I saw many other people reporting similar complaints about product not being delivered, I also noticed they deleted all our comments and refused to give the refund
If anyone is looking to buy flowers please please buy from other websites like fnp: they are not so good but not frauds like flower aur
PS: they don't allow 1 star review on their web I tried several times

Flower Aura is the Worst online Gifting Company. They promise and commit to deliver the product in a given timeline and then they never deliver the product. You will have to call them again and again and they will provide no resolutions. Flower Aura is a fraud company and never care for their customers. I had a nightmare experience with Flower Aura. This company should be banned from business and i will also file a case under consumer forum for the same. This company is run by cheaters and thieves who should be reported to police. Before I was confirming the order I was asked if I wanted to double the number of rose from 10 to 20 PCs and I agreed. I just checked after the receipt r received the roses and it is half the quantity. This company is cheating customers as they think not all will complain.

I placed this order on 12th to be delivered on 14th between 6-15 hrs and order was per the image below
We didnt receive as per the order with respect to timing of the order
In your tracking portal it mentioned as delivered as below which is 10.50 p m
But it got delivered only that they left it in front of the door and a message, i had wanted to give a surprise to my wife which was disaster due to untimely delivery (00.30 hr 15th early morning), also it wasn't delivered in full, chocolate was missing and all flowers falling apart (only 2 chocolate and not a box as mentioned in the initial order)

Substandard quality plant! While ordering, in pictures, plants look all good but when you received plant it is worst! Quality is worse than road side nursery's plant. In the price range one can get way better and fresh plant from local nursery. One should not order from floweraura if its for special occasions

The flowers I ordered were not delivered. They said the address was not correct, which was not true. They were unwilling to deliver them again, nor doing a refund or any other help for me to deliver this gift.

The cake was decorated as if the fruits were thrown over the cake. Who puts fruits which get oxidised on a cake?
