Have ordered cake on 24th May from Mumbai to Ratlam (MP), cake was delivered around 9 at night, so the cake was not at all fresh and even the size was so small, moreover the base of cake was too hard to cut, but still children had it all happily but later all 4 of them started vomiting and loose motions next early in the morning whole day they had to suffer alot bcz of this cake, the quality of product was not good so based on my bad experience i strongly re-comment do not buy from flower aura as it very disappointing total money was waste as they comprise with the health of their customer.

I ordered cake and cap for my grandmother's birthday.
Firstly it was suppose to deliver before 2PM and they delivered it around 7:30PM.
There was no cap with the order and you can see the cake picture attached here.
There service is ridiculous. I ordered all the way from Canada to make my granny's day memorable but they ruined it. I'll never order from them again.

I am extremely disappointed to inform you that I placed an order with you for mother's day for my mother on 08/05/2022 and the order no for the same is *******. I got a message saying that it is delivered but the plant is not delivered. This is highly unprofessional. Please initiate my refund since the occasion is also over and you failed to deliver the plant. I need my money back in the same account from where the payment was made.
Also, I would like to inform you that I had made another order in Mumbai and the order no for the same is-*******. The plant was in a very bad condition. The plant was popping out of the soil and the pot. It is almost dead. I have been placing orders with you since a long time and this is the first time that I got these 2 issues. Please collect the plant back. I do not want to give someone a dead plant. This is the height of unprofessionalism from your end.
I need my money back for both the orders (******* and *******) in the same bank account from where I made the payment.

Poor Customer Service. I have been trying to place an order for 40 minutes and figure out if the payment was processed. I never got a response, 2 customer service representatives joined the chat but disappeared soon after I inquired about my order, and never heard back from them..
