I ordered a rakhi with order number ******* with a commitment to get it delivered by 10 th August 2022 on Gurgaon but sorry it was in transit on the day, while i complained about the same on 10th August evening they committed it to be delivered by night or 11th morning but sorry again it still in transit while tracked. Talking to customer care doesn't have any positive response. It was my first order through the app and for sure it would be the last too.
Order was supposed to be delivered on Monday 8th aug. Till 11th Aug Rakshabandhan no sign. Last year same occasion they delivered the Rakhi 2 days after Rakshabandhan. No apologies n no refunds. Terrible customer service. Useless website.
