Ordered Rakhi this year well in advance to be delivered in Switzerland. It was delivered 8 days after Rakhi, I had to chase them for updates. No responsibility taken by anyone. Refused a refund as the Rakhi was delivered doesn't matter if it was 8 days after the occassion. Absolutely terrible service and will never use them again. If you want items delivered on time plz stay away from these people.

I ordered a Rakhi on 17 Aug that is to be delivered in London by 21 Aug as per floweraura. But the Rakhi was delivered on 1 Sep. Their Customer executive promised that Rakhi will be delivered before 31 Aug. I called them many times about the problem but they did nothing. They wasted my time and energy. In future I will never order anything from Floweraura. Very bad service. As it was compulsory to give rating so I gave 1 star otherwise I would have given 0 star.

It was my first time ordering with floweraura and I am very disappointed with the service. What I ordered and what was delivered are not the same, it is so different and disappointing. Another frustrating part is that they didn't even care to type the greeting message in a neat format rather was simply hand written on a piece of paper. Even my name was not written correctly. I made a purchase and on my side, it showed that it was successful, but upon confirming with Floweraura, they mentioned that they did not receive the payment. I needed the cake, so I made a second payment and they said that that went through. I still have not received a refund for my first payment. I ordered flowers and cake for my 84 year old mum from Australia.
These guys delivered the cake at midday and forgot the flowers.
Until 5:00 p.m. the flowers are not delivered and I made seven phone calls to my parents and to this company to track what really happened.
Early they told me that they forgot to deliver the flowers and it will be delivered in the next few hours this means after the birthday is over.
This is unprofessional shameful and very painful.

Had ordered cakes and flowers for my nephews birthday. Time slot for delivery was 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM. When order didn't reach on time. I tried to contact them on phone. It doesn't ring at all. Children were waiting to cut cake so i decided to buy from local shop. Customer care refused to cancel order and told me to wait 1 hour. Very unreliable and very bad customer service. After a lot of chat in WhatsApp customer care said delivery was delayed due to rains. I send a picture showing no rains since last one hour. Please avoid this dealer if you want to send flowers online in Bangalore. They will deliver the flowers a day after the event and dried flowers at that! The whole essence of sending flowers turns into a bad experience of anxiety and disappointment. They handle flowers like fodder for cattle.

Worst experience. They will take the money online first, not deliver on the given day and will deliver to someone else latter on. Their seniors do not even know whom it was delivered to and will try to convince you on phone that it was delivered to the right person. Beware of ordering from Floweraura. Never experienced such a thing ever. Ferns & Petals (FNP) is much much better than such online outlets. I have also written so many mails to complaint for the incident on 9th March but all in vain.

If you want to order from them…try connecting to their customer support and find yourself how legit this website and their service is. I should have done my due diligence and looked into the service before ordering from them. Please don't order from this and save yourself from unnecessary headache. I usually don't post but this is a pure scamming of people. They updated the order to delivered status(which is already delayed by a day from original scheduled delivery time) and some one from there delivery partner called after that saying the order will be delivered in 12 hours as there are lot of orders to deliver and the order is still not delivered after 3 days from supposed delivery date. No responses from customer support except for some emails. I was trying to reach them from 3 days. Just posted this to save others from their horrible service. I don't even care about the stupid order anymore.
